Burger King in South Ayrshire

Ordered through Just eat. Whole meal missing from the order. Called manager and he said he packed the order and it was in there, claims the bag must have been tampered with by the driver? The bags were still sealed when we got them. Lack of ownership when a mistake has been made is an embarrassment and if he doesn't know how to deal with a complaint and how to fix the issue he caused he shouldn't be in that position in your company

monday afternoon not busy ..sitting in ..fries cold and onion rings dried up and cold ..left most of it ..utter waste of money wont be back

Food good short on a few things, there was no straws or ice creams But otherwise food was good

Went for some lunch yesterday with my little boy while we were out shopping and wish I hadn't bothered, Food was all cold and juice tasted like soap. Was kept waiting while staff was talking to delivery driver who was complaining about customers, Definitely not be back horrible food and overpriced..

Requested a table wipe in a booth. Employee with tattoos and lack of hair around 50 years of age was very aggressive and said he would get a member of staff. However he decided to wipe part of the table himself. There was still food residue on the table and when I pointed this out he exclaimed “my god” and cleaned the food residue. My wife and felt threatened by his obnoxious behaviour and left. Time 13:50 27 Dec 21. Will not be back due to his lack of COVID 19 awareness

Absolutely disgusting cold food went in as they just opened and the chicken royal was cold cheese burgers were cold only thing that was hot was the chips, overpriced and disgusting.

Normally love going in here too treat the kids.couldn’t get a meal today as it was card payments only. I understand why but it should be made clear on entry not at the checkout once meals are ordered

Dissapointing, that's twice now they have got my order wrong for me and my girlfriend, cheese which I'm allergic too when I opened it up and 2nd a single whopper instead of a double whopper.... Also needing to ask for cup holders. When it should be common sense when ur getting a drink / drinks with your meal.

Always clean. Nice folks work there. For just a quick meal ,in my opinion, it is better than that other place. Worth a visit.

First restaurant I've been in since lockdown, scanned my details, got served quickly and sat near the door. Missed the guys faces, it's been that long. Great staff.
