Costa Coffee in South Ayrshire

Unfortunately I am writing a not so good review. I love Costa alway got great service great coffee and food but I can no long say this. Today I visited this store and the service was shocking .the food was stale and cold , forgot my husband latte when I clearly asked for 2 latte one of which was coconut . One slice of my toast was brick hard the other one was not even toasted. I had to ask for my table to be cleaned before we sat down the staff member I asked seemed very annoyed at being ask to clean a table. There were no free tables that were clean. We left the store without drinking or eating the food . We went to this Costa because we had a bad experience at the one in ayr town centre. Now I won't be returning to Costa anytime soon ☹☹☹

I had 2 cinnamon swirls to take away to a friend's. We were more than disappointed. Couldn't take more than one bit, they were as dry as a bone, they must've been about a week old. Not good enough.

Popped for some take away coffee with my hubby. Drinks took about 15 minutes and were fine

Excellent coffee as usual, served by friendly knowledgeable staff.

Standard premises, no real interaction with staff apart from initial service. Drinks were OK.

Had a hot chocolate and so did my 2 year old. I tasted mine and let's say the infant didn't have to wait on it cooling . Had to drink full cup right away as the heat had evaporated so quick.

Always pop in for a takeaway coffee when I'm in the area. The place is clean, the staff are lovely but always encounter customers in the queue not wearing masks. Better signage to remind people might help.

Initially the coffee wasn't as hot as I had asked for, but it was quickly replaced without baby question. So good customer service

Nice coffee shop near the shopping center. Coffee is delicious, desserts are fresh and tasty. Also tried hot chocolate - very nice and flavorful. Staff is friendly and works fast. Quite big sitting area, always crowded with people buying drinks take away. Really good for such a wide chain. Would come again.

Lovely place, nice setup, friendly staff, good service. During this Christmas season they've got a special coffee blend and the cappuccino of it was amazing!
