Flames in South Ayrshire

Use to be absolutely amazing but in last month has gone down hill

From previous experience I highly recommend you avoid this place time the plague. From a personal experience I have received mouldy chicken from this place when I worked for them, said about it but was told a lot of BS & that it was the suppliers, well it’s you that books the chicken not the suppliers. then this latest incident, one of the owners sons I presume Navdeep putting up a “10” page reply basically saying it’s mint sauce & not mould, ok then! How many other kebab shops have the same issue? None! Liar! Also I’ve got the proof in the call recording, hmm…. Good to see they also took down there Facebook page to try get rid of the fact they simply don’t give a toss if they dish out fresh food or mouldy food. Disgusting. AVOID for your own health.

Chips and pakora were over cooked to the point were inedible, curry not much better with watery sauce n minimal chicken meat. Won't use again.

best take food in whole Ayrshire as every thing made fresh to order.

Food was tasty enough, but the staff are ignorant, they look angry for having to work, they ignore questions and talk over you in their own language, I have no problems in people speaking their native tongue but try learning the local language too it helps keep relations between nationalities civil.PS, all 3 of us that ate from there had got rot the next day (from kebabs?) & that's no bloody good! Plus its cash only.

Food is a 5 star shop service is a 5 star apart from the donner meat lady looks angry 24/7 now the 4 star review is because of delivery service got a delivery on Saturday night came to £8.80 told the old guy to take it to the £10 as I only had a £20 note and he had to come up to the 3rd floor, he said and I quote " ive only brought change of a tenner you WILL have to come down to the close door for the change and I told him I can't as my 4 year old was in bed his reply was pfft all this for a kebab . But everything else with flames is 100% amazing 👏

Ordered a chips,cheese, donner meat and sauce, nearly £6 and got barely any chips, 2 or 3 strands of donner and a slither of sauce!! I’m not even exaggerating, I took a pic but can’t upload, I used to like flames but I’d rather go elsewhere now

The food can be of quite good quality when collected, but when using just eat, the quality drops somewhat and orders are often cancelled as they have 'decided to close early '.

So ..... I have been going to this place for quite some time now and each and every time when I enter the place I am greeted with cleanliness. This has got to be the cleanest Indian take away place I have ever seen. Unfortunately if your in a wheel chair you'll have to get a stranger in the street to go in for you ( unless you have real pals) ....the food has each time been beautifully freshly cooked to order and tastes amazing again...each and every time. I highly.recommend this place

Been my indian takeaway for years. Always great food,fresh, tasty. friendly staff that give a warm welcome upon entering always like a good chat. Highly recommended
