Hot Wok Noodle Bar in South Ayrshire

Most of food was hard and undercooked, chicken balls filled of grease. When I was on the phone to complain I got abuse and shouted at down the phone by the chef and could hear a woman saying stuff under her breath in the back ground. Absolutely appalled by the service, food and the way i was spoken too. Foods as disgusting as the chefs attitude.

Was violently sick a few hours after eating here. Food was always dried out as it’s preprepared and obviously it’s not being stored hygienically. Used it because it’s quick. The cash only policy and no till shows obvious tax evasion too. Avoid.

This place took my money and didn't deliver my order at all and then lied about it. Thieves and liars. To be avoided!!!!!!

Nice noodles. It is cash only so make sure you have some money on hand

Wow, veggie chow mein and a sweet n sour chicken. Cartons are absolutely loaded. Definitely recommend.

Said 12pm on a Saturday so hung about till 12 and the guys additude was stinking, he aaid half 12, a told him it says 12 on the website!! His reply “not my problem” pure cheek

Firstly let me just say the food here is brilliant. As a college student that regularly goes for lunch and gets the lunch menu for £4.50 which is a bargain in its self.I normally get myself, Salted Chilli Chicken and chips. It never disappoints. I normally get a bottle of juice with this and it normally comes to around £6.30 for a the lot. The portion size you get for lunch is amazing. Not to mention my friend who tried being a vegetarian for a while asked if there was anything vegetarian on the menu, the guy didn't have anything vegetarian made, but gladly made my friend a vegetarian curry.Finally, you are always greeted with a friendly hello and smile from the staff that works here, this gives a very positive and friendly vibe and this is one of the main reasons I keep coming back to the noodle bar in Ayr.

I ordered food for the first time last night. The Beef curry was tasteless and had more onion than anything else. The Other Beef dish was the same, bland and awful. The Chicken balls were dripping with fat/oil when you squeezed them. A really bad meal and all of it went in the Bin.I will never use them again.
