Kebab King in South Ayrshire

I’m giving this a one star for the absolutely terrible customer service I have ever seen from a company my wife left a review an honest review unfortunately as a business you are open to these reviews and the owners response is astounding not only calling my wife a liar but also the wording and aggression in your company’s reply Is not professional in any way shape or form it does not matter if your food is amazing or not (which it isn’t) if you are unprofessional and rude you don’t have a good business. You should enroll in some business customer service courses it would do you the world of good.

I ordered a Chicken Korma with Mushroom rice, mixed Pakora, Popadoms and a Chicken Madras yesterday the 5th of January 2022. The food arrived in an hour, so we were looking forward to not cooking. We never buy takeaways as we are always bitterly disappointed in what we have ordered. This meal was absolutely disgusting.! The Pakora was hard and uneatable, the Korma had hard lumps of chicken, and the Madras was hot but with no flavour or taste. It is now the 7th of January, and I still have Diarrhoea. This has to be the worst meal I have ever ordered, and some of these five star ratings are plainly false and manufactured. I will never ever order from these jokers again. To have a stomach complaint now for two days is appalling. I can only think their Hygiene conditions must be lousy.....AVOID.!!

Really good food so good that I travel 80miles round trip once a month for it I only knocked a star off because I keep asking for a tub of garlic sauce but they always put it straight on the kabab.

Best wee takeaway shop in Ayr! Wouldn't order from anywhere else. Good food at a good price! Always on time, hot and tasty! Staff are very welcoming with good chat and a great sense of humour.

Food is great all the times , my first option when going to have a take away food . Great tandoori chief as sometimes ordering many Naan bread which most take away may not accept that order 👌👌

Great food lovely staff very helpful , the delivery speed is second to none with the food always fresh and very hot , favourite take away to myself and my friends, highly recommended it to any potential customers.

Had food delivered many times. Love the chicken and lamb kebabs. Currys are nice too. Need more salad on their kebabs but that's it.
