Kfc in South Ayrshire

This store is awful, I order in store to takeaway and when I get home my order is constantly wrong with numerous items missing. On one occasion we were served out of date gravy. A complaint was made with proof of purchase, stating time of purchase and a photo of the date on the gravy but no apology was made

Waited 20 mins AFTER ordering at the drive through window ....no cars in front. Ice creams had been filled already when we got to window so you can imagine how melted they were. Paid for sauces and didn't get them. My husband refuses to go to KFC for this exact reason and after much persuasion to go, he was proven right again

This eaterie in my opinion is a absolute shambles. The place is from what i experienced is being tended by untrained children with zero knowledge of customer service. Sit in customer's are a definite second to the delivery service they operate my experience was terrible from start to finish.

Quick easy to use drive through. Clean also helpful staff. Would go again.

Not busy. Only 2 tables occupied. I waited 20 mins for my food AFTER I ordered it. The tables were filthy. Only 4 tables in the whole restaurant were clean. The others had food or other on them. When I left ( approx. 45 mins later) there were NO clean tables. No one had cleaned any tables since I went in. As I went to the bin to dispose of my cartons it was full. Used cartons were falling to the floor. I went to the only other bin in the place and it was the same. I won't rush back. The food was OK by the way!

Good as expected but staff were unattentivr ignored for over 15mins at the drive through for them half the order to be missing 😕

When we first went in. Guy came up to us asking if it was takeaway or sit in? We told him Sit in. He said only one can go up to the counter as they were trying to avoid crowds up at counter. That seemed fair. I told him we didn't know what we wanted and needed to see menu. He just walked away. We went online to look at menu. Tables weren't clean. Missed 1 drink from our order, had no salt. We had our granddaughter with us and her ice cream was melting . It was spilling onto table. Went to counter and asked for something to clear it up. Was given a bit of blue roll and told that was all they had. On way back to table with this little bit of blue roll my husband seen a full roll of blue roll and a spray on a table. We used that to clean the table. So much for keeping area at counter clear. It was clear at the order point. But at the collection point 5 people were waiting to collect their food. At least 4 just eat drivers were standing waiting on orders too. There were no napkins, no spoons out at the front of the counter. Had to go back twice to get them. Some tables had residue food lying on them. Hardly the cleanest when they are meant to be on top of hygiene. Would not recommend.

This restaurant needs to understand the concept of fast food, especially in the drive through. Slow doesn't begin to describe them. Also wearing your mask around your chin does not comply with the guidelines.

Absolutely brilliant guy called Jimmy. Made it fun from the first window to car delivery!Was a little slower that they'd like but the laughter and chat made it seem short.Would recommend. Food was tasty and delivered with a smile.

Poor service, wrong order given, was given zinger meal I'm allergic to it.luckily I sniffed it first as it looked different, I asked twice for plain normal no cheese no nothing extra. I tried to phone them no answer after 20 mins, phoned head office sorry no one here. Omg
