Logans Restaurant in South Ayrshire

Terrible service and rude staff, I had the displeasure of ordering food and drinks at this establishment recently. 30 minutes I waited for a slice of toast that did not appear.Staff were rude, unkempt looking with their acrylic nails just waiting to drop into some unsuspecting customers meal (if the customer was lucky enough to get served before their flight that is). Zero customer service skills, but can get away with it as there is no other competition in the airport! If you can avoid!!

Large restaurant outside of departure gates. This place offer large choice of hot food and drinks. Like the cozy-modern design. Staff friendly and welcoming

Stood in a queue for half an hour(only 2 people serving) ordered 2 bacon sandwiches a cup of tea and a bottle of water which came to £19.48. Waited another half an hour no food arrived our flight then got called so my husband went and asked a woman who worked there she went away to find out and never came back. Absolutely shocking service!!!!!

Awful after the government has spent millions refurbishing airport and passenger facilities, The Par & Eagle looks nice but after queuing for an eternity and paying £9 for a veggie breakfast (2eggs 1 potato scone 1 half tomatoe and few beans) and £2.95 for a basic cup of tea I had to rejoin the que to ask for my missing piece of toast.Not enough staff awful service and ran out of basics awful experience let’s down such a nice airport that’s trying to compete with Glasgow & Edinburgh and vital to the local economy

Absolutely dreadful experience. Can’t comment on the food I paid £45 for as I never received it. Stood in a massive queue for 35 mins then eventually ordered my food. I then spent 40 mins waiting on my food arriving. As expected my boarding call came and I had to go up to cancel my order. No refund and no time for me to argue the point. Absolute daylight robbery. They must be raking it in. Avoid avoid avoid

Overpriced. £19 for a burger. If they charged food and alcohol at a much lower price, more people would eat there and they would make more profit. The 5 star review in this is obviously a fake.

We are regular travellers who use Prestwick Airport approximately six times a year. Yesterday we made the mistake of dining in the Par + Eagle Bar and Kitchen. The meals were shockingly dreadful. Poor quality ingredients, badly cooked, served cold. Appalling value for money. If I could mark a zero above, I would. An experience never to be repeated.

No wonder Elvis didn't stay for breakfast. Probably the worst, most over priced and badly prepared breakfast I've ever had. £12.39 with a coffee (not included in the cost of your over priced breakfast and bought seperately) not including toast which was an extra £1.99 (if you remember and ask for it at the time, if you add it later it will come with jam and cost you £3.29). Rip off Britian right there!

Wow. Just wow!! I honestly don't know how this place is allowed to serve food. It is extremely horrendous. The prices are an absolute disgrace for what you're served. The food, regardless if it is a breakfast or a burger or even chips. They are cheap quality and well overcooked. This is situated in Prestwick Airport. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. please eat before you arrive. I am not exaggerating.
