Mcdonald's Restaurants in South Ayrshire

Asked and paid for sauce, had some chicken nuggets as a wee side munch. Got no sauce, ate some dry nuggets, they’re not the same without the dippage! Sat in Tesco car park weeping tears at the fact I had no dip! I used the nuggets to soak up the tears yet they were still dry. Just somewhat more salty.

Best McDonald's in Scotland on thier good days. Brilliant staff. Think maybe the younger guys need bit more training atm but always rectified immediately.

Couldn’t give no stars…… absolutely disgusted!!! How hard is it to get an order right? And paid £25 quid for this meant to be large? Shocking!

Tried the new Chicken BigMac today and it tasted like cardboard. I won't make that mistake again. In general I find the drive through service very good if you avoid school finishing times.

Very busy in and out of the premises. Puts you off even for a takeaway. Could do with a road in and out, maybe ease the traffic at the small roundabout they share with Tesco.

Received the rudest service from a worker by the name ‘Lauren’ as we came in she told my friend to “get back outside” in a very rude manor there was 7 of us 3 told her they will be taking away the rest of us said we are sitting in she then came over to the 4 of us who said we where sitting in saying we aren’t allowed to sit in as we said we where taking away we explained clearky and politely the situation to her which she denied ever happening as i stood up to leave she started talking to my friend who was asking why we where leaving i then corrected her as she was was not telling the whole story, We continued talking for roughly a minute as i was telling her what happened for the second time and also to mention her co worker was standing there laughing at the situation. this was very unprofessional.

My Car broke down today while I was sitting in queue at drive thru. Staff were absolutely brilliant!! Manager came out with 3 guys and pushed car up carpark into a safe place and even brought my order out to me free of charge while I waited on breakdown recovery lorry. Wouldn't accept payment from me....thank you guys!!!

It's McDonald's, what's to say? Clean though, helpful staff too. Just can't wait for the Vegan Burger to arrive - ot the Fish Fingers Happy Meal to return!

Used the drive through, it was extremely busy and sat in a fairly large queue but didn't wait long the staff were very quick at processing the orders, it would be nice if the person taking the order was a bit more cheery though she sounded as if she just couldn't be bothered

A very kind night manager made a very bad experience so much better by simply being kind. David, thank you. Faith in people in general has not been present for a long time... You proved me wrong with a kind word and gesture. Thank you, thank you and many many thank you's. I hope when the bus ever breaks down and you are on it that you meet a David too. My David is a kind fella too... Could be the name.xx
