Booked a table yesterday, had an email back that my reservation was successful yesterday, to drive 40miles today for our booking to be told at the door that you are not open!!!. Manager refused to come and speak with us at the door sending one of his employees instead. Not good customer service!!

Staying near Ayr for a holiday, we managed to get booked during eat out to help out.Service was really good, very quick and helpful.Food was delicious and kids loved the milkshakes and puddings. They seem to be dealing with restrictions really well, very impressed with what they have in place.Super!

NEVER again. Please take the time to read my honest review. We were a family of 8 and this was meant to be a meal for my sons birthday. Yes we were laughing but it was in total disbelief of the disasters which were one after another. For our family to have 2 courses it took a total of 2 hours and most of this time was spent sitting waiting to be served as there appeared to be no communication between all the staff. As the food is now brought to you at the table, we had to ask for plates and cutlery after both the starters and main course dishes had already been brought to the table and left there by the staff. The waitress didn't know exactly what dishes she had brought to the table leaving someone at the table eating a completely different dish than what was ordered, that person said she felt a cheap microwave meal would have tasted better. Someone was also given a bowl of rice without the chicken korma. By the time that dish arrived mostly everyone at the table was finished but at least that dish was hot, as all other dishes served were only warm "not hot" except from my pizza as that had to be freshly made (which I did enjoy) although I also had to wait for part of my order to arrive once I reminded the waiting staff half way through my meal that I still hadn't received it.For dessert, we all couldn't believe the waiter started it off by saying "let me tell you what we don't have" as he kind of laughed. The only options we were given was the following, ice-cream flavours bubble gum, irn-bru or strawberry, then there was custard. It's fair to say no one in the party had any dessert and gave up after that. When the place is more than half empty, how on earth can they run out or just not have the items on the menu, especially as they have remarkably reduced what food items would normally be offered. We had also asked for a 2nd round of soft drinks and one persons order was taken, then the waiter disappeared to get a missed item of my main course and never returned. eventually a different waiter turned up with the one drink, we had to say again we wanted a 2nd round of soft drinks for everyone. Thankfully my diet coke this time was chilled as my 1st drink was at room temperature and a wee tip if you ask for soda water with blackcurrant ask for extra blackcurrant in it or you won't even be able to taste the blackcurrant. When using the bathroom there was no hot running water to wash your hands and the hand dryer was turned off. There was also no paper towels to dry your hands with.I was stopped on my way out the door by a staff member (I assume as the person didn't identify themselves) and I was offered the possibility of a takeaway to make up for this evenings events, but as I live a 30min car drive away I advised this would not be possible anyway although I appreciate the offer. It's advertised that it's under new management. My opinion is that the management really have a lot to learn about to be able to run and guide the staff team.

Very bad customer experience. We have booked our table over the phone and arrive on time. Poor management, dirty tables, very hot inside, stuff want to help you but because of poor management they have to do more than they can handle. Food has been served cold. 40 min idle time and then 10 more minutes with all dishes on the table (Cold food) without forks and knives been provided. We just didn't want to wait another hour and I has been payed for our drinks and we went out. I have told to their stuff what was wrong and they didn't want to fix or change our food or apologize and we have dicided to leave a negative reply to inform other customers. Next day we went to a small Italian restaurant over the road from Basrai's World Cuisine - just to compare and we was very very satisfied. Food was served within 25 minutes, forks and knives was already on tables, friendly stuff etc. Please avoid at all cost, there is a way better places to visit.

It was such a nice experience, excellent choice of food and reasonably priced. There is a wide choice of sushi Chinese, Japanese, and European options. It was very busy however the staff were friendly and they tried to make people happy and satisfied. The food was cooked well and was hot, the manager is kind. It made a good memory for us as usual.

Small selection of food. Alot of which wasn't great quality. 13 per person overpriced. Other world buffets are far better. Also had insects under table at booth which staff had to clean and drinks machine was broken so had to use plastic bottles. Signs had letters falling off in the buffet area and spring rolls were bad. Parts of the buffet area had no food at all or little left. Table staff were nice. Some food was good but missing too much selection.

Excellent value.Very attentive staff.Good selection of foods all fresh.Salad looked a bit tired.Would defo recommend for families, not that we needed it but English options of nugget chips pizza burger etc.Indian and Chinese excellent taste.,£60 for four ten quid of which was 2 large red wines for the wife!Thank you for a great evening.

Yeah, the food was pretty good. Great prices and friendly staff. I didn't notice the pizzaria until I was full but will definitely be going straight there next time. They did put spring onions in with their duck and ribs. This needs fixed. Otherwise it's great.

The best restaurant I've been too, and it's not your typical one as it's purely a buffet. The food is amazing, and it really is a fantastic range, everything from steak to seafood to curries to chicken and wraps and so much more. Fries, salads, pork, you name it.The desserts are great too. Fondue, ice cream, jelly, marshmallows, I could go on and on. You have to pay separately for the drinks but you can't really complain in regards to food as you can go back and forth and eat as much as you want. The overall look, design and atmosphere of the inside is awesome and it looks really nice and sharp. Staff are fine too, not really any complaints there. Would recommend, best place to eat in Ayr I would say.
