Simpsons Bakery & Cafe in South Ayrshire

Great service. Cooked food looked fresh despite not ordering any other reviews saying otherwise. Always busy with people eager to get their breakfast, brunch or lunch. Cakes look like they're made locally. Prices are awesome. regularly queues out the door. They must be doing something right!

Bacon was microwaved,hard and chewy👎

Best Scotch pie I've tasted in a long long time. Few disgruntled customers going by the reviews here, glad I didn't read them before I dropped in while passing through, service was spot on too, but I wouldn't have minded so much if it hadn't been, rare to get a pie that tasty these Greggs-saturated days.

Was in today getting a few filled rolls and soup , the soup was sweet potato and chilli it was absolutely amazing , I have been to a lot off fine dining restaurants etc but by far this soup was the best ever , the filled rolls where so tasty too , the staff where all so nice and friendly , I will definitely be back soon , Thankyou too you all

Reheating food and bad customer service

Got to agree with most here, customer service is shocking, non existent in fact. Having spoke to guys at work we all seem to agree it's just one member of staff, and I'm guessing it's her on other reviews too. I heard there's been complaints about her, but she's still there, so as long as she is, I won't be going back.

Was in waiting to view a house one grey haired was lovely told me to take a seat and brought my order lovely women and my bacon roll was superb with my cup of tea, when I tried to pay a horrible woman shunned me in favour of people that arrived after me for an order which I understood,but I never got table service can't wait till I live there and see her unfriendly face again

Shocking customer service .. looking for sit down breakfast with work mates only to be told we won't be getting served until other worker in .. very rude and unprofessional .. wont be back near!!

Terrible cafe!! Cheek to call themselfs Bakers. All brekfast contents Cooked till the death..... Then reheated when i orderd, No shame in doing soo as the pick up the cold cooked meats and fling them in the microwave! Stay well clear over priced to say the least!! Also got chips that were still cold hard potato inside, work up and down the country and this has to be the worst attempt at selling food ive seen, Apple squares that dried up apple the pastry is like eating a gandals sandle no joke!
