The West Kirk in South Ayrshire

Terrible! Clearly short of staff. Tables were not being cleared promptly...we had to ask for one to be cleared and then it wasn't cleaned and we had to ask for that to be done too. Fish, chips and peas when they arrived were of varying temperatures....fish was hot, peas were cool and chips were cold.

Stunning conversion of an old church. The most impressive Wetherspoon's I've been in yet. As always, an excellent selection of Real Ales. My wife and I had steaks, which were very good for the money. £24 for two Sirloin steaks and two pints!

Great place to eat, drink and meet friends. Can be very busy at times but if you have the Wetherspoons app it's a good queue jumper and you get served quicker. Great selection of food and drinks all set in a good atmosphere and comfy setting. Located centrally and close to the bus station. A good place if you are on a budget for food or drink.

Lovely tennents, plenty of other ales , cheap on a Monday and Tuesday,, food cheap food.decent portions and great staff

Been here a few times now, since recently moving to Ayrshire. Never been disappointed, decent food, reasonable prices and friendly staff. Lovely building inside, go see for yourself. Recommended

Lovely building. The food was grand, very good value. It just didn't have the cleanest feel to it. Probably because it was busy and everywhere seems to be short staffed at the minute.

As usual, another beautiful old converted church. I quite like the ease of ordering on your phone. Food is quite decent, esp for the prices. My only complaint was that my pizza, although delicious, only had topping in the middle! There was about an inch all around the edge with no toppings on it, so you were eating dry pizza dough. This was our ONLY moan. The building is beautiful, in a great wee town, and the staff were efficient & friendly. Nice place.

You can never really go wrong with a Wetherspoons pub. Plenty of drinks on offer and the food has never let me down. Nicely presented and very spacious inside.
