Great food, good choice and a very reasonable price for dinner if your staying nearby. We didn't stay in the rooms so couldn't rate them.

Wildings restaurant is excellent food for excellent money. The staff are very attentive. It's a family run business that has catered for the local area and beyond for years. Lovely decor in a very small sea side town in south Ayrshire Scotland. Must be one of the best.

I have been coming here with my family, both before and after being diagnosed with celiac disease. And time in and time out their food has been fresh, affordable and delicious. They have a range of daily specials as well as their set menu that you can find online. Most of their meals can be made without gluten so I really did feel catered for. Every main comes with with a pot of fresh chips and you get pot of mixed veg for the table. Wildings is right beside the harbour so you have a lovely view of the sea while you eat. I will definitely be coming back here soon!

Not my best meal here, think I picked the wrong thing with the featherblade beef, didn't think it very tasty although it was super tender. But my favourite prawn tempura wasn't up to the usual standard being a bit soggy. Pavlova was delicious. Won't put me off returning, the food here is usually spot on

The food is always great. Very good service too. I would say this is the best restaurant in Ayrshire. Lovely location for an after lunch stroll along the beach.

I visit Wildings often, usually for special occasions. You can depend on a varied menu to suit all tastes, good food, good service and pleasant staff. Today was no exception and I would give them 5/5 overall.

Great food, great staff. 1st time we've been back In 5 years and still as wonderful. Can't beat the food and menu tweaks we needed for our party, nothing was too much trouble and price point is spot on! Thank you, we don't get to Scotland often but we always add this to our must do list.

If you are in the area and looking for a good restaurant then you can't go wrong in heading to Wildings. On a recent visit as a treat to celebrate my daughter's birthday, there was only one comment about the food.... excellent. Within the eight of us we ordered a selection covering fish, lamb, pork and vegetarian meals and as I mentioned.. no complaints. The service was good and the price reasonable. ( About £20-25 for three course including a drink and coffee). All in all an enjoyable experience. Well worth a visit. Car parking available on site or if full directly across from venue.

The staff from the start were lovely, the meal itself was beautiful. Tempura chicken to start was spot on, the choices on both menus ( which you can mix and match from)was excellent, more tempura for main but Haddock this time big portion with a side of chips and huge bowl of mixed veg, and dessert was rhubarb and ginger panacotta with ice cream and shortbread. There is nothing I didn't like. Service was excellent and very reasonably priced. I will definitely be returning
