Big Scoops in South Lanarkshire

Ordered a very simple order and received the wrong food. So I then called up and was told a replacement order would be with me soon. Not only did I wait 1hour 25 mins to get the wrong food I have just waited another 50 minutes. For the correct order to come total joke the fact I had to pay £3 for delivery as well highly recommend u don’t order from here!!!!!!

Would have been 5 stars if they had got the order correct. Vanilla isn't Irn Bru flavour. Can't fault the taste ... superb

Love big scoops, great products, great service. My only wish is they did a low calorie option on ice cream, frozen yogurt or sorbet so that you could see the nutritional info and still have a treat even when you're watching your health. Also a better selection of low calorie drinks would be great and would have the Sworld community coming out in droves for treat night. Maybe even a low calorie waffle option?

It's ok, the food is fine. Pricey though considering its a all grown water, sugar and cream. 😂The service is not very friendly apart from one girl. They don't take card payments either which is ridiculous in 2019. I won't be returning, they have a lot of competition in EK now!

Love it! I buy big scoops way more than I should. Cookie dough and vanilla ice cream i highly recommend. The waffle and the sticky toffee pudding with hot caramel sauce is delicious (mum's past orders). Get a big scoops!

Ordered knickerblocker Glory. It came completely melted. Could not tell what flavours of ice cream were in it as it was milk.I don't know if the ice cream is delivered by the same drivers as the food shop next door as I observed ice cream being taken into the other shop. If they use the same drivers, it would explain why it was so melted being beside hot food. Time taken to deliver was also awful. I won't use them again. Lucky I gave one star.

Very very tasty cookie dough and coconut ice cream, with Nutella and sprinkles. Great portion sizes , friendly staff. Loved it and be back , even though I dont have a sweet tooth, I almost gorged on this as was so tasty. Best 4 quid I've spent 🖒

I Ordered 2 hot cookie dough with ice cream, the cookie dough was horrible.It would normally have a slightly crispy layer followed by nice soft smooth dough , these as more like undercooked cake.. just like pancake mix. Gritty cake mix with chocolate chips.There's no shape to it, kind of just mushy. The ice cream wasn't great either.Very dissapointed , they should visit desserts in town to learn how to make desserts, now that's a cookie dough !Will not buy from again, this was not a delivery it was a store collection. I have posted a photo of the cookie dough.

My friend and I ordered a big scoops last night via just eat. The food itself was nice but we asked for 2 red slushies and we got yellow ones that tasted of mango, we also ordered two waffle bowls, no waffles were to be seen and instead they were wafers. We also ordered a large tango ice blast that was all watery at the bottom. On top of that, our order was half an hour late and the delivery person was unapologetic. Although the food was quite nice, we would have expected a higher standard from such a great restaurant.
