Didn't stay just loving the new look so far haven't been here for many a moon. Decided to pop in for a spot of lunch and was pleasantly surprised. Food was lovely , spent alot of time talking and catching up with the staff and patrons . Staff were great and friendly and a very handsome young chap with a beard looked after us very well. Will be back .

Lots of competition in and around Bothwell and Uddingston, but Sunday lunch here is better quality and better priced than anyone elseSit in the conservatory and enjoy

Stayed overnight for a family function. The Hotel isn't fully opened yet, and this showed at times. The rooms are a little tired. Special mention for Andrulla, she is an absolute credit to the Hotel. Lovely food and breakfast.

Unfortunately disappointed when we viewed this hotel as a potential wedding venue. We requested a show around and was given a time and date by someone over the phone. When we arrived the front gate to car park was shut so and there was one person in the building who knew nothing about it but showed us around anyway. The reception hall was lovely I have to say but the other rooms appeared a bit tired and dated. We were also shown a room which would have possibly been the honeymoon suite ? The room hadn’t even been cleaned from the wedding of the previous weekend ?! So unfortunately wasn’t given a good impression from the place

We were attending a wedding so can only comment on looks and service, the decor is very dated and grubby and in need of a definite makeover, wedding dinner was great as far as the taste but was late. Late night food was supposed to be and paid for a buffet table for 50 but only consisted of bacon rolls so make sure you get what you pay for.

was there for a wedding the reception was stunning however the ladies toilet was disgusting water on floor looked like a leaking pipe from back of the toilet Rooms where shabby . Water pressure was non existent the hallway's are very dark in places like a maze to find bedroomsThe breakfast was amazing staff very attentive good service

Family run hotel, very relaxed vibes and welcoming. The food is real and hearty. The staff are warm and accommodating. The rooms are standard but very clean, dont expect modern but I believe that reflected in the price point. Beautiful venue for getting married. I got married here in 2013 and since then it has been updated with beautiful led dance floor and twinkly lights on the ceilings. Quite stunning. Highly recommend!

The stairways halls and bedrooms are shabby but fine. The bathroom was nicely refurbished but the water pressure is really bad. The bar is nice and the conservatory dining room is lovely. The breakfast is excellent and the evening meal was very good. The stars of the hotel are the staff. Warm, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is located centrally in Bothwell and is quiet and clean. Excellent value for money.

Facilities were clean and well maintained, including disabled and baby changing facilities. Function room was gorgeous!!! Perfect for a wedding reception. The bar staff were very friendly and helpful. As I am breastfeeding then I was able to get a decaf coffee when requested and through in the main bar I was able to get a glass of milk when I was feeling run down. The outside area is gorgeous for pictures. The gent who runs the function hall was a bit of a microphone hog but he was very friendly and helpful. The mic wasn't great to hear what was being said in speeches, and the music being played after the band was distorted so I would recommend sound checks /new system.Food for me was beyond great but there was some mixed reviews by others who found their chicken main course to be dry.
