A bit of a small services parking is ok but with just a Costa and a w h smiths not much of a choice.

Great for a quick toilet stop, refill with hot drink and off you go again. Clean and well stocked with snacks, papers and magazines.

·

Stopped in our motorhome with dogs. Lots of space for parking and letting the dogs out. Although the services were limited on our visit - only Costa and WH smiths open it was clean and well stocked. As we are members of the caravan and camping club we receive discount on our visits. This should be advertised more. Alsondropped on because i had a doscount voucher for Costa. Toilets clean and a small gaming area.

Staff brilliant but no food Costa there but limited quick stop but

The fuel is ridiculously expensive here, over £2 a litre for petrol. Have to say it makes me wonder where the money goes, as Roadchef seem absolutely disinterested in putting any money into this site. The building interior is mostly unchanged from the 1980s and there is quite literally no restaurant, only a pokey Costa and an overpriced food van in the car park.

Basic, dated services which are only just fit for purpose. Dirty & tired with little in the way of amenities.Truck & car parks are a decent size but lighting & surfacing are poor.

Have stopped here a few times over the years. It is gradually getting worse. On the good side staff are friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean. Plenty of parking. Other than that the whole site needs a revamp. There needs to be other vendors for food and drink other than Costa. If something isn't done soon this sight will shut.

Absolut joke. Charged £21 for overnight stay and couldn't even use the toilet after 10pm, because everything was closed. There was no hot water in the taps and no soap to wash the hands - COVID 19!!!There was no food to buy in the shop. And have been told by a member of the staff, I have 30 days to use the food vouchers. But I couldn't used them there and then. Went bed hungry. Will never use again.

Small, disorganised, tatty, but serves up the coffee as you head south from Glasgow. Small stone-baked pizza caravan selling food outside the main building.Access challenges: the access road runs in a huge circle around the site, with poor road markings and little traffic calming in the parking area. Our view/score was biased by M74 Southbound traffic stacking back past the exit from the services out onto the highway. Took 10 minutes to get out and under way towards Carlisle. Now, in fairness this was at 3:30pm on a Friday! 14JAN2022.

On the way home from our holiday, we stopped here for a comfort break. Folk who know me know that comfort=coffee. The car park was easy to find and large. The services themselves are quite small but have a nice shop, clean toilets and a Costa! I had my usual black, medio americano and lemon muffin and H had a cup of tea. The guy serving was really friendly and personable. When I asked if I could take a couple of pics he agreed, "As long as I'm no in them. I'll crack your camera". Well he is in one, but his back's turned. Great coffee, clean, tidy and great service. Do stop by...
