Burger King in South Lanarkshire

asked for vegan royales, got given chicken ones, never got an apology, manager seen it all happen and was too scared to even come over to address it & left his staff to deal with it. we understand accidents happen but awful service from management. not even a refund was offered

Ordered a shareholders of chilli cheese bites which I never got, also asked for no bacon and extra sauce to be given extra bacon with slice cheese, rolls taste and feel stale. Always had issues with this particular branch whilst others seem fine. Next time will be driving further to get better service, absolutely shocking! Would give no stars but need to.

What a joke of a place. Went in to make an order to carry out only to be told that it’s drive through only. Then sat in the drive through for 20 minutes only to be told that they have no burgers. Joke of a place. Why have a building that size when obviously they don’t want you to come inside.

Terrible !!!! Ordered my families food from the touch screen and the. Waited over twenty minutes before some food appeared, when I asked for some salt I was advised there wasn’t any, when asked for napkins I was told there wasn’t any. The machine didn’t print me a receipt and I asked if I could have a copy - answer was no. I had to ask for cups for my drink and then ask for my kids bottles of juice.I then sat down and realised half the order was missing and the half we got wasn’t hot. We were with 2 other families and we were the only physical customers. Each family had multiple errors with their meals.There must have been dozens of just eat delivery drivers collect food and leave with order numbers after ours By the time we all got our food, newer customers were already starting to complain.Was not a nice atmosphere and the just eat drivers take up half the restaurant. There was never less than 8 drivers waiting, each at a table - they !!!!!!!!!So much for fast food.

I got suspected food poisoning after eating from this Burger King. This was four days before my wedding, which caused a lot of issues as I was completely out of action for two days. They get an outside company to investigate, who basically say I can't prove it was the food from Burger King (although I don't believe anything in my usual diet would cause this, and I never get sick so it was too much of a coincidence after eating from there). And apparently, I should have gone to the doctors so they could take a stool sample, but there was no way I could have managed to go there with my symptoms (plus with Covid going around at the time it would have been almost impossible to get an appointment).They offered me a couple of meal vouchers, which I thought was better than nothing, but the vouchers never arrived. I emailed them back to ask if they were still sending them, then a while after that I sent a form through their website for an update, but both of these were ignored. Shocking customer service. Will stick with McDonalds in future.

Burgers were really good. but the chips were dreadful. i didn’t like them that much frankly enough. i got a coke with the meal as well. coke is coke so the drink was also good.

Every time I go through the drive through my order is wrong. Pay to upgrade meals or add extra patties on but the extras are nowhere to be seen. Recently ordered 2 whopper meals, upgraded to doubles with extra cheese and bacon, and a kids burger meal (I know the staff heard me since my order was repeated.) Get home, no double burgers and only 2 chips when there should have been 3. Feel as though the staff throw the meals together and just hope for the best. Very unprofessional.

Went to Burger King yesterday with my 3 Grandchildren, we went inside, you order on the screens which I started to do, but was wanting to modify what was on the burger which wasn’t straight forward, I tried a few different ways, but did not succeed . I then went to the counter and asked if I could order there, was told no. I then asked for help I was told someone would be with me shortly. I told my grandkids to sit down , while waiting I tried again no luck, 10 minutes went by I told the kids we had to go I went back to the counter, and said thanks so much fir the help I didn’t get, the kids where so disappointed. I won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone I could understand if the place was busy but it wasn’t.

Just sat in the queue for 25 minutes. As speaker was so quite I couldn’t hear the girl talking. so sat in queue all the way round to the window. manager told me not her problem had to rejoin the queue again 45 minutes total. Worst dry food Iv had not even edible. Roll was stale and crumbled asked for a 2 cheese bacon love meals got 2 whooper meals won’t be back
