Burnside Hotel Restaurant in South Lanarkshire

My first visit here for a big birthday party, every staff member so helpful , great bar area, big carpark and beautiful 6ft wide comfortable bed and superb shower, I will definitely be coming back

Very nice bar/lounge and serves food. Staff could be a bit more interactive with customers.

I had lunch a few weeks ago and it was perfect. Staff were great and the food was well cooked and highly rated. I went back this week with my partner and unfortunately I can only assume it was a different cook. The food was pretty mediocre. Edible and warm and a bit overcooked. Staff were still great.

Had a meal for 20 people here on 30th December for my dad's funeral meal.The food was really good ,soup with either steak pie or fish and chipsEveryone enjoyed their mealStaff well versed on covid guidanceThe Burnside staff were very professional and everything ran like clockwork.Thank you to the team there

The food was really good. Menu not large but offered fair amount of selection. Quality over quantity being the goal I'd say. Two course & three course meal on offer ? On Sundays... Good price & therefore value. Staff were helpful & friendly. 👍

Arrived early for a 30th birthday party which was @ 8pm. Wanted to watch Scotland rugby game and have few drinks. Tables were all booked for diners but Zara arranged a table in adjoining room. Brilliant staff during the afternoon and again at the party night. Good range of beers, food was good, breakfast good. But their main asset is the staff.They worked so hard. They were exceptional 👏

Excellent, really enjoyed our stay. The staff were excellent and really went out their way to be helpful. Food was well prepared and tasty. Our room was clean and tidy. Great value for money. I would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel to anyone.

Lovely, friendly, helpful staff. Good hearty food, cooked well and reasonably priced. Very clean, well decorated rooms. Good value.

Sat at a table outside for a drink as the weather was really nice.Didn't have to book a table in advance but you normally have to especially at weekends if the weather is good I would imagine.The service was quick and friendly, prices are decent.The indoor area for food was also quite busy so it's obviously a popular place in the area.
