Great cafe, food and staff are lovely

Sadly this was our FIRST CAFE we visited since we arrived in Scotland and very sadly some of the staff made us feel very unwelcome ! The sandwich was delicious and the customers were empathetic to how we were treated ! Great charity cause tho .

Was not happy with the staff. Waited at least 15 minutes before they came to me. Coffee was cold but not one of the staff was interested. Long time befoe I go back there.

Really friendly and cozy atmosphere. Love to drop in for coffee n cake or a full meal. Both are delicious. Staff are excellent - very well trained and always courteous and polite. A refreshing change from the usual standars found elsewhere. I can recommend it to everyone

Very modern cafe located just off Carluke high street, ran by the loveliest of staff who are very efficient and cared about each and every customer that came in today. Cafe very clean as well and prices cheap, so if you're ever in Carluke, i recommend a visit.

Lovely home made soup, great hot chocolate, friendly staff, excellent cafe. An amazing opportunity for adults with autism.
