In for coffee after an early morning walk, what's not to enjoy

Being served a sandwich with drops of milk from the jug on it is not my idea of tasty. To then be given a strange look when asked to change it is even more bizarre

Very well organised. Easy to get a seat well distanced from others. Usual good coffee and 🎂! 😁

Called in for a coffee with 2 relatives. Only 1 table was occupied, the rest were empty but the tables were stacked with dirty dishes waiting to be cleared. I had to clear our table for my elderly mother to sit down. No staff offered to sanitise our table. Our drinks were good, usual Costa standard. Just a shame it took nearly half an hour for staff to clear the dirty tables, instead of chatting to each other with an empty shop. Staff however, were pleasant enough to us.

As a brand, Costa is great you know what you get.Individual stores can vary somewhat and that's not a bad thing.I blame the local demographic if anything!Went in around 12:30ish midweek and the lunch options weren't amazing, but what can you expect with reduced capacity.Coffee was nice, food was alright just not a great choice of hot food.

Coffee as always was lovely but I thought the lady making drinks forgot who the customer was and was very rude, when declaring to the shop I was standing on the edge of the circle and not directly in it due to new covid protocol. Only me and one other in the shop. Absolutely mortified when we were all masked and 2m apart. If I wasn't in need of my coffee fix I would have walked out. Shop looks nice and was clean.Definitely a covid Marshall in the making should a vacancy become available.

Coffee was excellent as usual. Costa person wouldn't take my phone to enable me to use my costa app to pay for purchase and collect points. Hopefully Costa offer guidance to staff to ensure customers are not losing out on loyalty points.

Sat in today 18th August 2020Service was excellent. 2 boys behind the counter were friendly and chatty. The girl was helping everyone with track and trace.Good coffee as always, toasties are always good and you wouldnt think there was a pandemic with a nice relaxed atmosphere!Overall great Costa to be in.
