Delivery or collection only now and booked through website. Online system works well and includes a countdown and food was decent although pizza is better than carbonara to be fair.

Amazing place, food is so good especially the chicken wings... I've also been there at many functions as well and the staff, the dj and music is fantastic... Please go and visit as its such a great wee place.. Thank you Fratelli's..

***EDIT - UPDATE **I called today regarding last nights delivery, the gentleman at Fratellis was great and looked into what happened and went wrong last night with the order. He has arranged for the order to be resent and also changed the order to suit me. Great customer service regarding the complaint and I look forward to my dinner tonight. I am also updating my star rating and I hope that my order for tonight is what I would expect from previous experience with orders and food from this restaurant. Placed an order at 8:57pm estimated time came and went, 9:55 was the latest, phoned and the lady on the phone said just waiting for the driver to get back and will be right out. Received another estimated time 10:35pm. Driver for here at 10:33pm, I do have to say that the driver was not at fault as he was the only one doing deliveries. Opened the food, the fish was very cold, and literally dripping with grease, the mushroom dish was soggy again grease dripped from the mushrooms, and dessert was the chocolate fudge cake, 2 slices with cream. Slices were pitiful, at £4.95 per slice, considering it was a costco cake where to buy a full cake it costs £15 and they charged nearly a fiver for a poxy little slice, not to mention the cream, which was squirty cream in a foil tray,then the cake and cream was placed next to the barely warm food. On top of that all of this order was sat for at least half an hour not being kept somewhere appropriate for keeping food warm / cold as it was waiting for the 1 driver that was out delivering run off his feet. The cream looked curled a puddle with random lumpy bits. Phoned Fratelli's back as soon as the food arrived, for it to ring and ring and ring. They will be getting a call as soon as they open tomorrow, and i will be looking for the full refund.

Very poor experience tonight and really disappointed in their customer service. Ordered three dishes which was just a reorder of a previous order which you can click. The Salsiccia dish came with no tomato sauce despite it saying on the menu that it has a spicy tomato sauce (has now been updated on the website but the lady I spoke to admitted it was an error on the menu). Basically just broken up sausage and spaghetti. Phoned to complain and they said it's a mistake in the menu what do you want to do? Can you send another one as described in the menu. Yes but it will be at least half an hour. Can you do it any quicker as the other two dishes we ordered will be cold by then for us all to have dinner together. No sorry. OK, can we have a refund for the dish that is wrong? I will speak to the manager. Takes a while comes back and says, yes we can refund but only once a driver has been to pick up the dish that is wrong. Really ??? Driver arrives in about 5 miuntes to do that but it will be at least half an hour to get a replacement for a dish where most of the ingredients will be ready to go. She had also said that it would take at least 10 minutes to prepare and at least 10 minutes for the driver to get to us. Clearly not as we was here in about 5 to take back a dish that hopefully won't be reused. Have used them for years, never again. No apology, and when they called back to do the refund my phone was in another room on silent and they never left a message. I had to call them back. After years of using them this has been a sickener. If this is how they deal with a complaint then they need to learn that it won't work and they will lose customers. Mistakes happen but it is how you try to put it right that matters and they really didn't do it.

I come here with my family often, usually on a Sunday evening. The staff are very attentive and know our faces after coming here for a while; they are so friendly and go out of their way.The food is beautiful, everything is so fresh and always tastes amazing. I don't have one favourite dish because there are too many!

Booked the function hall for my wedding and opted for a buffet. Made particular arrangements with the owner beforehand and was assured it was all in hand. On the day, food arrived late, items we had agreed would be included were missing, ran out of pizza and pasta even though I was ten people short of the numbers I had booked; no serving utensils on the buffet; guests had to remove their own dirty dishes from the tables; guests had to move tables themselves for dancing at night. Gents toilets were blocked from the start of the event and by the end of the evening only one cubicle in the ladies was operational. When I asked the manager to get this fixed his answer was "What do you want me to do? Call the owner and get him in to fix it himself?" When I raised all this with the owner afterwards he was dismissive and tried to say I had shouted at the manager and upset him. NEVER use this venue again and I would NEVER advise anyone to book a special event here. Only giving one star because I can't post without one. That being said, the staff on the night were brilliant and worked their socks off and the food we did get was very good. Pity everything else let it down!!!!!!

Our local Italian, do great deals through the week. Lovely grub and great service. Recommend the house special pizza with the nduja sausage...yummy
