Full Throttle Diner in South Lanarkshire

Recently went over to toby carvery to pick up a too good to go bag. The manager seems to have a bit of an attitude towards it and made me feel very awkward.. maybe better customer skills would be beneficial!! Won't be back.. apart from that experience I've always found it good .the carvers are nice as is the staff normally

Madison was our server, she was lovely. As was the chef on the carvery.The food was delicious and great value for money

Very nice carvery and very nice staff got window seat to make sure my dog was OK in car with all the windows open. Half price offer when downloading app

My son normally loves it here and we went as it was his birthday. My first visit, unfortunately they were very short staffed so only carvery option available apart from kids menu .Think chef must have been missing turkey and roast beef very dry and bland veg cold. My husband had a very sore mouth and asked if he could get a portion of soup which was available on kids menu offered to pay soup of the day price but was told they couldn't give him that even though they were heating soup for my granddaughter her meal soup plus Mac and cheese all arrived at the table at the same time so by the time she ate her soup her Mac and cheese was cold. His meal for the evening was a dessert! I ordered a white coffee and even that was cold. Hopefully this was a one off . Waitress was very nice but will probably not go back.

Cannot recommend. Have met this same member if staff 2 or 3 times. Don't know what charm school she went to but she failed miserably.

Service was really quick considering that the time I visited was close to peak but the staff were really friendly, tended to my needs and had a smile on their faces

I always love coming here!Plenty of meat! Plenty of Veg! Plenty of Gravy! Oh, and plenty of drinks as it’s refillable 😁Their Gammon is amazing and so is their stuffing. I love it all!Would definitely recommend going here.

Pudding.We had a late lunch. As usual the food was lovely. But the waiting staff were fantastic. Especially Will. What an absolute asset to your organisation, he is bright and happy and a great laugh! Please pass on our compliments as he made our afternoon! We have titled this pudding and he will know why. Will leads the way on customer service !

Booked our table for 5pm, for 3 adults and one infant. The restaurant was fairly quiet at that time, although it began to get busy as the night went on.Had a good meal and left stuffed. Great choice of meats and sides. Could do with being a little bit more generous with the meat( that’s why I gave it 4 stars). Whether you choose two or four meats, you Get the same slice portion. The waiter was very friendly, polite and cheerful. We will definitely be back.

The choice of meat and veg was excellent but my friend saw another customer being given sausages and she would have preferred these to a roast but was advised they were only for children so she had veg only, it would have been good customer service to let her have a sausage and would actually have cost you less In the long run. Apart from that we had no complaints. The waiting staff were very friendly and efficient and I will come back again.
