The food is not chinese food. The quality is soo bad. Disgusting taste. Will never ever go to them. I think the food prepare by not chinese people.

I have been very ill and had to sleep all day. So I hadn't eaten since lunch time. I'm diabetic and realised that my blood sugar was pretty low and I thought I would order a takeaway because I was dizzy with blurred vision and a bit muddled. It was already about 10:30pm! I noticed the jasmine Inn was still open and the reviews seemed pretty good, so I decided to give it a go. I had so little money, the cheapest thing I could think of and a good portion would be a portion of chips and a portion of curry sauce separate. Because if you buy the two in the one tub you get a tiny amount of food. I was ravenous and experiencing worrying signs of hypo. The food arrived very quickly, however when I opened the bag I was really upset to see a tiny little bag of chips and a very small tub of curry sauce!!! I was thinking how on earth will this fill me???? I hadn't eaten all day. I know that I was getting mixed up trying to order my food. The lady was nice enough. I explained that I am diabetic. I'm also permanently in a powered wheelchair. I'm still really upset, and the chips were burnt and the curry sauce was more like gravy. It did not taste like a normal Chinese curry sauce. It was awful! I feel bad complaining. I don't usually complain. Now I am still hungry. At least I have eaten but I feel ripped off by them. I had initially apologised to the lady on the phone about such a small order, and explained that I don't have much money, I'm struggling a bit. Just really upset and hungry still. A total rip off and waste of money I really couldn't afford to spend. I had even tried to phone back but there was no reply! Gutted!!!

Ordered bbq spare ribs in sauce tonight. They were delicious. Nice size and plenty of meat on them. Very enjoyable.

Love it, always enjoyed the food and I don't think they have ever got our order wrong plus we never wait long for delivery as it's not too far away from our house.

Ordered from here for the first time after reading the reviews I was really looking forward to a delicious curry. Didn't hit my taste buds curry sauce is bland. Chicken balls are nice and not caked in batter like some other places.
