Food was lovely staff very efficient & cheerful.

Had the most amazing meal in ur bar today food was lovely my grandaughter had a great time and ate well think she had a bit of everything that we all had said soup was lovely thanks again will defo recommend

Yeah it was a pleasant stop for a drink and chat before bus. Nice clean bar, friendly bar staff, and the food menu looked good. Would definitely call in again.

We had lunch yesterday 2 adults 1 child fast friendly service. I had the 3 course lunch menu for £13 we all had the lentil soup to start (nice) I had the braised steak and mash with gravy which was lovely followed by the caramel apple Betty and ice cream nice. My friend had the 2 course lunch menu £10 she had steak pie (the sausages where pink) so she barely ate any of it. My son had the sticky toffee pudding (adult size) massive he ate about half I had the rest. I enjoyed and would recommend but my friend didn't and wouldn't.

First time visit compliments to the chef of jilts. Bar staff very friendly. Comfortable seating to sit enjoy a starter main course and dessert. Breakfasts and breakfast rolls available here too. Very friendly atmosphere. Myself and partner enjoyed a relaxing drink, a starter of loaded potato skins with cheese and salad and I had delicious home made steak pie with chips and veg and partner had chilli cheese burger chips n salad. He said best burger in a long time.

Been here a few times now for a quick bite after meeting up with a few mates. No issues. Served promptly and food is fine. Can't really comment on much more as it's really just a meal we have, but seems a decent place. Staff friendly and polite. Read that review from "Andy" and haven't a clue what that's all about. Place is fine.
