McDonald's in South Lanarkshire

Bough a medium cappuccino, charged me £1.69. I used to pay £1.59 and 10p was not a problem but was curious and asked the girl at pay point( driver through) but found her very rude. 3rd April 2022, around 2.30pm.

The people taking orders on drive through and at the pay point are very rude. I don’t know if this is because of lack of training or they purposely want to employ those kind of people. Never had good experiences here.

Thought I was going to collect my order but as I was going to collect my DINNER I came across a delivery driver flying in to the disabled space to cut the que for his next delivery when I pointed out what he was doing wrong he sat in his car laughing at me which I found offensive and disrespectful to the handycap anyone thinks this is ok hang your head in shame

Great I've this macdonalds when I lived in Hamilton few year back, an I've been in recently a few times with being in the area. Covid restrictions are still in place, an seating is situated at certain spots for safety, you also have to log yourself in incase some1 comes in with symptoms so they know how to get in touch. Very clean am lovey staff

Drive through on Wednesday night approx 10:30pm. Order was short of a portion of cheese dippers, chips tasted as if they were old chips. Waited 45 in total from start to finish.

Queued for 10 minutes to get in then gave up. There was a queue of about 30 delivery drivers who seemed to have priority over customers wanting to buy food themselves. Ridiculous. Only wanted a coffee so went to Starbucks instead. At least they allowed me in!

Went in for the special Double Chicken Burger ( like the big Mac ) they didn't have it. They said the offer had finished. Fair enough. Big Mac please. No big Macs left 🤯 McDonald's with no big Macs? What ! What else you got? We have chicken burger 😭😭😭😭😭

Haven't eaten at a McDonalds for years, but thought I would give it a go with the launch of their new plant burger. Unfortunately I didn't get to actually try the plant burger because they neglected to put the patty in my burger, and didn't catch this until I'd walked back home. My girlfriends cheeseburger was also cold and dry. Perhaps I'll try again in another few years.

Wee girl at top booth was extremely rude on headset! Then continued to be rude at the window and slammed the window shut in my face. Totally unprofessional! ( I was there to get my son a desert as he was just out of hospital) told me there was no deserts although the next car got handed McFlurry’s. Service as abysmal

Got in queue and all could hear was the workers giggling about and then said give us a minute and went on laughing. Sat for about 5 minutes. Got to the window and only got drinks and had to wait in the car park. Got food in a happy meal box didnt mind that. Couldnt get out because if how packed it was. Have just bitten in my chicken nugget and it is raw.
