McDonalds in South Lanarkshire

This McDonald’s has seriously gone downhill. It is no longer ‘fast food’ they tell you to take a car parking space when you are going through the drive through and you are left waiting for ages. One time I was almost half an hour. It’s a disgrace. There is always something missing from the order. The just eat and deliveroo have ruined this McDonalds.

Waited 45 mins for meal!!!!!!!!!!😡🤬🤬🤬Not even that busy. Seen about 10 just eat orders come in and out in space of time I've drove round and waited. No doubt get something wrong aswell. Asked for tirramisu mcflurry and got usual excuse of " sorry mcflurry machine is off just now"The amount of cars being asked to park up is absolutely disgraceful. Car park is almost grid lock.

Sheer Incompetence and Possibly fraud going on.Avoid this McDonalds at all times and cost. Firstly they are utterly incompetent in running the franchise for the limited duration that they are able to make food. Every single time i’ve been they have technical issues from the drive through screens not being functional to food order being wrong and staff being unprofessional.On my last trip they were turning everyone away because they were in the process of “changing the tills” and told everyone it will be 10/15 mins. I waited 30 mins in the car park at which time the clueless girl with glasses at the drive through speaker continued to say to new vehicles that they are still changing tills and will be 10/15 mins. At this point I decided to go inside the restaurant and had to wait 15 mins at the till for someone to show up and claim “their tills have been changed but their ordering system is down”.Their incompetence is borderline suspicious as no Franchise Manager and Owner will allow this sheer insanity. There is obviously something ongoing in which case the staff obviously doesn’t want to do any work or possibly there is some level of fraud.

The worse McDonald to ever be opened. I waited 25 mins for my food. Then to be given food that had sat out for 10 mins. I got fresh food once I didn’t accept the food that has sat out for 10 mins. Had to ask for the shift runner who was more upset that I had interrupted her meeting about what that all had planned for the weekend. While I was waiting one girl was asked at least 10 times to jump on the till. 3 of those times she walked away and left people standing waiting to be served. I had to ask for a receipt as the order machine didn’t sound healthy at all this took more time as again. I have never had to ask for replacement food that was cold or even worse been sat getting cold in front of me. The worse part was the attitude of the staff. I would advise avoid this place if you can.

Wow. Literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been in. Waited 48 minutes for my order….In a supposed fast food restaurant?!!!!Staff were standing around talking, doing nothing much really, and didn’t care one little bit about huge queue forming. Asked them how long it was going to be and they turned round and walked off without answering - an absolute disgrace. Will never set foot in there again

Not for the first time, completely over run by just/uber eat drivers. Used drive through. Told to wait in car park. Food arrives 20 minutes later. Half the order missing/incorrect. Employee walking about the car park with a big box of food, and several people following her about from car to car looking for their order.Just close it to walk ins or drive through. Genuinely only now catering for Uber. Everyone else is an afterthought. Place is a shambles.

Went to order a cheeseburger and chips at about 10-15. Ordered it about 10-20 and was asked to wait in a parking bay ( for a cheeseburger n chips ) waited at least 15minutes but noticed delivery drivers coming in after I placed my order and coming out again???? So got my order and drove back the two minutes max to house. Guess what burger was stone cold and chips like warm. Absolutely disgusted with this service and will expect my money back. Guess what trying to contact them is absolutely shocking too. It puts me onto a virtual page and it froze on me. Tried again same outcome. So will I receive my money back and an apology watch this spaceDisgusted and disgruntled customer

Not the most consistent branch. Although, after returning my burger for not resembling it's picture in the slightest.. The replacement was sensational, and, the lady manager assured me it was fresh beef. Which left me wondering, how fresh or not so fresh was the original burger? Hmm..

Ordered on the my mcdonalds app and went to the restaurant. Said that I was here and tried to find a space the JUST EAT drivers were taking up all the spaces . Then we finally found a space and then proceeded to wait 25 minutes on my food . During those 25 minutes Just eat drivers were going in and out and other drivers were coming and going and using the self parking spaces . We then got our after the really really long wait McDonald’s used to be a fast food restaurant but now I don’t see anything about fast food but slow food . Most of the food was cold and my son was able to squeeze the tea bag out with his own hands as it was that cold . The buns on our burgers were burnt to a crisp . All in all the food was put straight in the bin 🗑. Would give it no stars but have to give something

Part of our order was 2 big macs without cheese. Order arrived with 2 big macs, both with special order stickers stating "No Cheese" but both had cheese on them. Tried contacting the restaurant for over an hour but was constantly engaged. Couldn't even get a hold of the restaurant try and rectify the situation. Absolutely unacceptable, will not be using again and will be recommend to everyone I know that they don't use this shoddy restaurant any more
