Excellent restaurant definitely I will be back

Absolutely amazing chip shop the best in East kilbride by far so fresh and tasty love the fact you can sit in and takeaway even at lunch time. Friendly staff too thanks definitely will be back.

Gave 2 stars since the roll on fritter I got a few days ago was decent.Sunday lunchtime I got a "chip"(lol) roll.Unfortunately the vinegar couldn't even revive these badboys. The chips were as dry as a camels future, clearly over-held. Totally inedible. Flung them to the seagulls and the seagulls started attacking me for a drink of my irn bru!!Come on, If you can't even get a chip roll right what chance have you got?

Great smoked sausage supper, really good food, no wait, and an irn Bru on the side.

Really rude staff. Stood and waited - no hi, I’ll be with you shortly or even an acknowledgement. They were more bothered about takeaway orders. Stood for over 10 minutes - man who looked like the owner made eye contact but carried on ignoring me and packing takeaways. Every single member of staff was beyond rude. Not one acknowledged me. I took my big order and instead went to Emmanuel’s in St Leonard’s, where not only is the food fantastic and excellent value, but the service was great too.I have also noticed in Pacini’s, they use their bare hands to put cheese on the chips and cheese, and also after handling money too, which isn’t hygienic. They handle money and don’t then use gloves to handle food. In Emmanuel’s, they are fastidious about hygiene and properly handle food safely and carefully. So, I will not be returning to Pacini’s.

Lovely job done on the refurbishment and sit-in area totally separated from take out. Very friendly staff and tasty food, the only downside was a lack of a menu. Our server read out what was available but it would have been good to think about the choices available.

Fish and chips nice and fresh. Sausage supper fresh absolutely stunning. Highly recommended

No sign up to say you have to wait to be seated in restaurant. Staff rude when informing customers that they should have waited to be seated and not wearing mask when serving food in restaurant. When l approached manager was told staff member was exempt but not wearing a badge to say she was exempt. Not acceptable should be a staff member wearing a mask serving in restaurant.

Unfortunately took 1 and 1/2 hrs for a fish supper to be delivered. So was a bit cold, chips were not fresh and they did not include my tartar sauce. So disappointed cos if you go to the shop and wait 15mins everything fresh and delicious.

My Perspective is from a delivery driver, generally never waited for a delivery collection more than a couple of minutes, I watch the communication its effective and nice to see. From a customer point of view, had sausage and chips, and ā˜• coffee, all of which I enjoyed. How would I sum up my experience on both fronts phenomenal, down to earth and customer focused.
