Pizza Hut in South Lanarkshire

Having the QR code on the table made it really quick and easy to place an order, and the provision of colouring materials helped to keep our child amused. Food was great as always!

The service was great and our server was very good at giving us suggestions on how to get best value on our meal.

Friendly and welcoming staff really attentive to the clients. The quality of the dishes, hot, fresh, well-presented. Flexibility in ordering and table arrangements.

Visited the Hamilton branch tonight and the waitress was awesome, wish I'd got her name. She told us all about the vegan salad dressings ,which made a real difference to our enjoyment of the free salad bar. Great to have a choice for once and she even offered to get us a drink that wouldn't be filtered through the non vegan refillable drinks. Great service and will definitely be back.

Excellent service from the staff. They couldn't do enough for us, and we had 3 kids with us which is a trial at the best of times. We had a lovely chilled time thanks to the staff.

Ordered via just eat, very simple order pepperoni pizza with sides. Completely wrong pizza came , we were given a pizza with pineapple only , we asked for a 11 inch pizza and got given a 9inch. We called up the store for a guy to question If we ordered from their restaurant. He took our information to be told that he will pass us over to the manger to repeat. We got given two options of either going through just eat to get refunded or when we order next to be given freebiees. Which we won't. The manger past blame to the driver , however our box had the receipt specificing the correct order. When we mentioned the receipt on the box he could only apologise, he did not take accountability for the kitchen staff . We raised the concen that we had someone else's pizza. And what to do with it, to which there was no response

First time I've visited pizza hut in a long time and first time visiting the Hamilton one. Food was amazing and the staff couldn't have been nicer. Definitely will return here and would highly recommend 🍕😍

If the food for the price matched the quality of the staff it would have been 5 stars. Wasnt impressed at all with the price of the buffet and what was on offer. Certainly didn't get our monies worth although there was plenty. Just nothing to get excited about. And didnt leave full as I don't see the point in paying that much to fill yourself with stuff that wasn't up to the cost. The staff however especially Scott totally exceeded expectations. Managed to make it a good experience despite the total let down. Had to discard lettuce as it had a 2-3 inch hair on it. The risk with a buffet so I won't be doing that again. The hair was visible I dread to think what isn't. If it wasn't for the staff I would have left and gone elsewhere. Staff were 2nd to none and absolute credit due to them

Most franchises are average at best, but I've found Pizza Hut to be consistently great, at least in the UK. Thankfully this one was no exception! The restaurant is bright, clean and easily accessible, and I was very pleased by the reception on entering by the staff. I ordered a Christmas special pizza which arrived at my table within 15 minutes and was, quite simply, fantastic. On top of that the girl that was attending the table was very friendly and polite, and went a bit beyond to help (for example, they had no ice so she was kind enough to bring me a chilled glass instead). Do I have any complaints? yes, but it's about the company rather than the establishment... you are encouraged to order and pay through your phone which annoys me slighty. They are wanting the customer to do the work so they can hire less staff and make more money, and dressing it up as a convenience to the client. I much prefer the human interactions... But, that said, the actual meal, local, and staff were great, and it was altogether a great experience and I'll definitely repeat.

I love pizza hut. My daughter loves it too. But I'll be honest. The reason we haven't given 5 stars, is on our last visit, the service was quite slow, maybe it's because of where we were sat? I don't know. But discovering they've removed the pasta from the salad bar?! What?! No way! That was one of the best parts! Why fix something that isn't broken?? Aside that, the food and soda float is absolutely dynamite, when they remember to bring the right order. The staff are pleasant enough though and ready to fix orders.
