Radstone Hotel in South Lanarkshire

This was our first visit to Radstone, I'd booked this as a surprise birthday stay for my partner. When checking in we received and complimentary upgrade to a suite which was a wonderful surprise and gesture. We had a great meal in the restaurant and enjoyed some lovely cocktails. A great stay overall and would definitely return.

We had an overnight stay. Had our room upgraded to a superior, it was gorgeous with gorgeous view too. Thanks to the receptionist who was lovely at check in and check out. Breakfast and meal were lovely. Would definitely go back again and would recommend to my friends and family.

We had our daughter's wedding here yesterday and it was perfect. So many of our guests told us how much they loved the venue. The food was lovely and all the staff were very attentive to our needs. It just made the day a joy and a beautiful memory.

We have stayed here before for overnights with work and as a couple. Great hotel good service lovely setting. I needed a few things adjusted ie shower/ room near reception all was met for me. Excellent service. Food good choice. This time we were on a deal and the service and food was just as good as when paying a higher price. Would recommend

Good overnight stay. We we're given a room upgrade, so got off to a good start. Thank you receptionist (can't remember her name, sorry) evening meal very good. Comfortable lounge area to sit for a few drinks. Breakfast served very quickly, good quality. Great shower and multi jet bath in room. All staff we met were very good, no problems at all. Would have no problem staying again. Thanks for good stay.

Visited the hotel for a friend's wedding. Nice clean and well laid out. Easy to find and good parking. Food was lovely. My only complaint was the lack of alcohol free drinks. As a person who cannot drink alcohol due to medical conditions I was disappointed to find that all that was available was Heiniken 0.0 beer or soft drinks. It's time hotels and pubs stocked more options or even asked at bookings for functions if there was a requirement for alcohol free options.

Had a great night away here again recently, with dinner bed and breakfast. Great value for money. The food was amazing, the room was modern and very comfortable/relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will be back again soon.

The table service was poor. There was 6 of us first our table was set only for 5 i had to ask 2 different waiter before i received the missing cutlery then on my order the drinks was for 2 medium glasses of wine and 1 large glass of wine we received 3 medium next 1 order was for pasta and chicken it arrived without the chicken and there was a portion of chips that did not come with the order and it had to be drawn to his attention. I don't consider this good service.

Absolutely amazing experience staying here, I had no idea south Lanarkshire hosted such a hidden treasure! Dinner and service was impeccable and the breakfast was lovely. Room was spotless and spacious. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Beautiful hotel!! Tasteful decorated, spacious and immaculate! Staff were so friendly, efficient and a young lad working in the restaurant was absolutely outstanding, wish I had caught his name! Menu had great variety, food beautifully presented, hot and tasty. I would most definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back.The staff are an absolute credit to themselves!
