Service was fast, customer service was fantastic. I have a dairy intolerance and the guy at the bar was very understanding and checked in with me if certain products were okay for me to have. Food was fantastic, a great surprise with the eclair 😳😅 will be our first stop for a cavery!

We went this evening for a family birthday. The staff were lovely and friendly. Food was good although the children had to wait a bit for their food after the adults had already been and got from the carvery. My one complain would be the tables we were allocated. We had an oval table and a round table pushed together and it felt we were spread out too much. It was a shame as it felt a bit disjointed for a special ladies birthday.

Far too warm inside...verging on the ridiculous!! Queues to order food / drinks which is annoying. Ordered a soft drink, 2 kids ice creams & a coffee only for the ice creams to be finished before the coffee even made an appearance. Staff are pleasant but service is very slow (& I dont think its the staffs fault, there's just not enough of them!). Wouldn't go out of my way to eat there

I’ve started taking my mum into the Redburn on a weekly basis. What staff don’t know is mum has dementia. Mums niece also comes with us now who has recently had a series of strokes. The staff are so helpful and very accommodating, making both mum and my cousin feel very welcome. We’ll done Redburn, all your staff should be commended on their customer service (Mary in particular). It’s wonderful. Now to the food. I have never been disappointed with the food and the carvery is lovely. Food reasonably priced, place spotless and all staff have the gift of the gab. Thank you

Tasty food and good for the carvery. Book ahead on a Sunday to avoid being turned away as has been really busy on my last two Sunday visits. A table can be booked on their website.

Food was good but quite slow service. But good value for money.I would go back to eat here as food was so good appreciate feedback from you and I totally understand how hard it is for staffing at this time. But next time I'm going to have to try the cakes they looked amazing. Your staff were friendly and courteous at all times.

Went here for a Sunday dinner. Guy behind the bar wasn’t wearing his mask properly and no one seemed to bother. The queue to order isn’t set out so customers don’t know what side to queue on. Customers are walking in front of people who have been queuing and staff not bothering to tell let them know. Very disappointed. Food was ok. Atmosphere awful. Wouldn’t go back or recommend.
