Decided to treat ourselves to a festive lunch and booked the Richmond for lunch. The food was great and the servis was excellent. We'll done everyone especially the young man who assisted me getting my coat on and opening the doors, as I walk with the aid of a walker. Happy New Year.

Food is always very nice, good service and generally a nice vibe… HOWEVER… make sure not to tip because for some reason in 2021 the owners don’t give the tips to the staff. Yeah! Embarrassing

Was my favorite place prior to today. Starter was fine, but mainly shredded beef was burnt to a charcoal and tasted burned. Complained but told threats the way they do it, in the 🔥 fire. It was burnt to a crisp. I told them I could not eat it. So they offered me another, second time round. Sweet and sour and left me the chips I had from my shredded beef. Very disappointed 😞. Will not be returning or recommending them. First chap appiligized as I was leaving.
