Shanghai Blossom in South Lanarkshire

Used to be great place... not any more.Not able to give ingredients when asked about allergy information.Ordered food for vegan family member... item had pork in it... No refund given when trying to return food item... instead I got the blame for not telling rude staff member on phone "no pork"? - (double checked menu and app, no ingredients listed on that either.)

Avoid! We ordered tonight and our order has just arrived after an hour wait! It’s arrived without the sauce. We now have ten chicken balls and fried rice with zero sauce!!!! I phoned down and the girl was rude and said even though we had asked for sweet and sour chicken balls we should have confirmed it twice as she was unsure if it was just the balls or not. She hasn’t offered to resend the sauce or offer any amends. Plenty of Chinese take aways I’ll go to….horrendous service

I've picked up a stomach bug. I had a meal from here 2 days ago. No way to tell for sure if it was from here. Tell you this though, lm off takeaways for now. The meal seemed fine and l did enjoy it maybe its just coincidence

Delivery times shocking, waited over 2 hours for meal. This has happened several times.Will not use again. Shame as food is lovely.

Now been waiting for two and a half hours for a takeaway, if they cant cope with the volume of custom just tell us, shocking service.

Since I moved to South Lanarkshire and found this Chinese I've not went anywhere else. I've tried alot, and this is without doubt the best one I've had. Nothing off the menu has dissapointed. I would highly recommend to anyone. The quality of the food is amazing and very good prices.

The food is good but unfortunately they cannot keep to a delivery schedule meaning you are waiting at least an hour and a half for your food to arrive, and when you phone them direct they are rude and brush you off, disappointing.

Best Chinese I have had in years and I get take away at least once a week 😔 food was cooked well. Tasted perfect. Arrived within the time advised by just eat. This was all under £25 and fed 3 hungry adults and was loads left over. Two of us had two plates full. Really tasty and will use this restaurant again!!!

As always the food tastes great. However waited 2 hrs for a delivery on just eat. I know remember why I stopped using this place. They tell you a delivery time and then they change it and change it and when you do call them they lie to you about when it was on its way. Just really really poor

Excellent takeaway!Me and my partner ordered quite a few things so I won’t go into detail with each dish however they were all tasty, had a lot of spices and flavour in addition to good portion sizes. Also Shanghai Blossom were very generous giving 2 large spring rolls and prawn crackers for free along with our order. Will definitely order here again.Thank you :)
