We moved to the area last year and have struggled to find a nice Indian restaurant/takeaway. We discovered this Indian a few weeks ago and have been ordering every week since! The food is absolutely delicious, every dish we have had has been brilliant. The staff are also very polite and nice. We are very happy that we found this place and will now be a regular customer.

Incredible food! We have searched high and low in the area to find something that is of real quality! Finally found it right on our doorstep. I ate chicken kebab, and we also ordered a chicken tikka starter and chicken tikka masala with breads and sides. We enjoyed every mouthful, the tikka was marinaded so well and the taste from everything made was spot on. Kebab sauce also super and salad so fresh! Well worth every penny - thank you and see you again soon 👍🏻

Came across this takeaway by accident whilst travelling around Scotlands North Coast, heading back South. Douglas is such a friendly place, nothing is too much trouble. The Spice of Life serves something for everyone, portion sizes are big and it's excellent value for money. The 2 Delivery Drivers are entertaining and knowledgeable about the area. Would strongly recommend.
