Nice place, clean and looked after. The food is nice but the waiting times can be pretty long.

Went to Subway today with my big family, we had a large order but the staff were patient and lovely. They made us feel welcome and catered to all my children's quirky tastes. I was so impressed that they had vegan cookies so my daughter who is dairy intolerant didn't need to be left out! They also helped up get the most cost effective deal. Thank you Subway 😊

Food ex as usual. Only gripe was the waiting time as orders for delivery were being prioritised. It was lunch time though so a good excuse. Staff were nice and polite but they were under a bit of stress.

We got some cookies for my little girls - one of the only places you can still pick up treats so they were delighted about that! Had to queue for 20 mins in the freezing cold which was less great, but that's what you have to do these days I guess.

Food beautiful but being next to a main road and traffic lights it was impossible to hear anything especially with masks on ,table was across door understandably but noise from traffic made it difficult ,can't wait til it opens properly as the staff are excellent and so friendly and do a fantastic job .thankyou to all of the staff your doing an amazing job .

Staff were really nice and the place was clean. Salad bowls are great and they were helpful re allergies

Very friendly staff and food preparation was very fast pace. There was a young girl who had just started working there doing the shop floor herself who also dealt with me and several other customers with ease. Very patient with younger customers who were struggling to pay as they had alot of small change. Would recommend this store.

Ordered sandwiches online for quickness, got them home to discover no meat on them. I phoned up and questioned this, the order had printed out wrong although firstly I was told this is what I ordered. apparently I wasnt allowed a refund so instead was given vouchers. I'm in a lot so this wasnt a problem the vouchers were refused and when I've emailed them about it I've had no reply.

Excellent customer service from Olivia today. Its so refreshing to be served by a young person who is friendly, welcoming and polite. Its also nice to see someone who is not only good at their job but happy at their work. Was amazingly patient with my autistic son, answering all his questions in a manner which I don't generally see i.e. with understanding, not condescension. You've made a normally anxious outing (any shopping) not only easier but a pleasant experience. Thank you so much! If I could give you more stars, I would :)
