Taste of India in South Lanarkshire

Ordered for the first time, Not happy with the food, lamb was undercooked in the curry and biryani as well.

Great little take away Nice varied menu with fast service.

Food was delicious but the driver will cost them business got a lecture for ordering because there's other places closer!!! Poor driver had to drive to deliver a takeaway!

Curry was not fresh. Even roti and naan were not good. It's not the authentic taste of India. No one in India eats the quality of food and some dishes they serve. It's not at all authentic.

I don't mean to be harsh, but I probably just got the worst curry I've ever had in my life here. I bought what they called a madras. Tasted nothing like one , with the sauce being very salty, had very little spice, and tasted awful. They also forgot my pakora sauce to top it all. There's far better places to order from than here.

Had mixed Kebab and it,s the worst I have ever tasted so bad that hubby has gone down with food poisoning I remember the days this used to be great takeaway not anymore also noticed the Chefs Whites weren't White but ingrained with all sorts of muck and didn't appear to have seen a Washing machine for some time not very hygienic and this was not long after doors had opened.

Got a set meal for 2, chicken pakora was rock hard and all dried up, garlic bread was disgusting and words can’t describe the two curries except they went in the waste bin.Waste of £19.50 never use this place again.

After a long break from here I've just ordered a meal for one to share with my husband last night. Vegetable pakora was gram flour fritters, hardly any veg in there.Had the chicken chasni which is meant to be sweet and sour and creamy but was extremely over sweet and coloured a lurid bright red. I won't be back for myself but my husband still likes it....

First time trying take away. Not disappointed. Lamb Bhuna was excellent, meat was succulent and very tasty. Lamb Korma is one of the best I've tasted. Lovely soft and moist peshwari naan. Definitely recommend to others.

Went there for lunch today food and service were very good. Excellent value for money on the buffet lunch. Will be back. This was the sit in restaurant.
