George Inn Pub in Bath and North East Somerset

Great pub, lovely food. Friendly helpful staff. Very good value for money. But call before you go as they are affected by staff shortages.

Good food washed down with some very nice drinks on a hot Sunday afternoon.

Great pub/resturant. Good quality food and reasonable prices. Plenty of choices. A 'nook and cranny' pub with lots of places to eat including outside next to the canal. Very beautiful and atmospheric. Loved the more relaxed nature of the pub, going to the bar to order meant there wasn't a constant through of staff as you ate. Very impressed overall and will be coming back. Good extra large car park as well.

Visit was really nice. On the whole the food was very good. Seabass risotto needs some work, lacked flavour, but apart from that good. Steak cooked well (rare), will recommend.

Top class . Met up with in-laws here for lunch today. Well looked after by friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Food very good and reasonably priced . Covid restrictions adhered to. Well done to all.

Lovely pub, great design inside and it's spacious.Didn't have to wait to long for food.Food is plated up neatly and I was very impressed being a chef myself. Empty plates all round.Will 100% recommend this to people.

The food was good, our waiter exemplary. I had the rump steak, see picture. My wife the veggie burger. Both were great. Our waiter was outstanding in his role, serving us well, and spending time with regulars - nice touch. Unfortunately, kitchen very slow. Almost an hour from order to delivery spoiled the experience.

Had a evening meal with six of us including two children. All the meals were very good and also able to adjust the dishes if needed. My Mrs preferred beans with her jacket potato instead if peas, and kitchen was happy to acomadate

They have a “non-gluten” menu, which doesn't avoid cross contamination.
