KFC in Bath and North East Somerset

It's a KFC. They're not the most pleasant of places to visit, but unfortunately popcorn chicken happens to be a favourite of my son's so we tend to go into one if we pass by.This was slightly nicer than others I have visited. Nice and clean, quick service and plenty of seating. Good value too.

Didn’t hope I’ll ever write this review but it needs to be done apparently. KFC Bath makes undoubtedly good food but out of 10 orders that I make only one will be made right with exact items I’ve placed. It’s really starting to be annoying that every time you order something you need to ask for a refund. Hope this is gonna be solved soon as it really affects on the quality of the service.

It's a dump... Make sure to wipe your feet before you leave! Food was shocking... My nan could cook chicken better than them... God rest her soul

KFC in Bath is completely insane. The price level is even higher than central London. And they cancel promotions without any explanations when the promotions are still not expired.

Absolutely horrific, coating around the chicken is soggy and slides off. The same thing with my popcorn chicken. Salad is brown and they look like they’ve been handled very uncaringly. Had similar problems with my last order too unfortunately. Safe to say I won’t be ordering from here again. What a waste

This place like to take their time to get your order ready.I sometimes do deliveries on deliveroo and I've seen drivers waiting for over 10 minutes do get their order ready and another driver walks in show his order number and get their order ready, this is unfair to the drivers that are waiting there and to the end customer waiting for their food and this happens all the time, makes wondering what the manager are doing.

We ordered to have in but there was no where to sit so we changed to go. The restaurant is way too small it gets so busy and as for the staff I feel sorry for them they are overwhelmed and look all deflated but they do a very good job under difficult circumstances.

The trainee staff serving was very polite, just a shame the staff around him weren't as courteous when asking how to add a discount. Food was good, apart from the baked beans being over cooked, guessing they're made in the morning and sit heated till needed and we had to take our drinks back due to them being half filled

The current exhibition on Minton, Freud and Ryan is great. The bookshop very much less so.

Edit 26/08/2020 Been here few times since and the food has been much, much better and has been what you would expect from KFC. All previous issues I have had I have not encountered since. Sweet corn has tasted fresh, lettuce has been fine, chicken is not soggy, no items missing, etc.We visited this KFC soon after it opened and were pleased with the food, even though the wait was long, as it was very busy. Orders we have made online have nearly always had an item missing, and to make matters worse, the past two orders have had very poor quality food. The batter on the chicken was soft, the lettuce is soggy and looks many days-old. The bread of the bun was also stale. Even the sweetcorn didn't taste fresh.
