Mcdonald's in Bath and North East Somerset

Music so loud you can not here your companion talk. So loud what they call food is going down in lumps. A very rude place to try and have a bite to eat. Nightclubs are quieter. Disgusting.

Broken ordering machines, cold and badly prepared food. Staff with long hair and no hairnets. A really shocking experience.I have eaten in McDonald’s across the U.K. and worldwide. Often a mixed experience but occasionally very satisfying indeed. This is the worst I have yet visited. Avoid at all costs.

Only visit here when drunk, but was much more sober today so can give a valid opinion in my opinion...Was very nice, not too busy, staff were professional. Took no time at all to order on the screen and all food was done within 5 minutes so no complaints 😊 just ate everything and was great for the price, thank you... Accidentally took a photo of my foot and friend's foot too and was promoted to post it x

Very busy on a Wednesday dinner time, had problems trying to order on my phone, let me put items in basket but wouldn't let me pay for some reason, staff tried to help but couldn't do it, ordered via screens. We like our sweet chilli chicken wraps from here and better value today as wrap of day. Had the meal deal so excellent value. Only disappointment was mcflurry machine was broke but that can happen anytime

Not very well organised.Woman serving didnt know that you could get tropicana with a meal🙈Gave me the wrong sauces with my chicken selects and chips were freezing cold. Only reason im giving it a 3 is because the staff were polite and smiled even if they were busy. I always think a smile goes a long way.

very happy we got all 9 nuggets yet the shake machine was off and overfilled the cup leaving the cold and sticky chocolate shake (later called death shake) to spill all over the hands and sleeves touching it but we did end up getting a D bag so it could be held so all in all a good visit

Lots of really drunk people there and the place looks filthy, with bins overflowing and rubbish flying around the floor. But, team behind the counter was rushing around to make sure they push as many orders as quickly as possible. So, I can't really take away start for something that it's impossible to accomplished when you're understaffed, and that's my impression after today's visit that they were short of staff. All food is served take away, so the mess doesn't bother anyone as they want sit and eat, but it's just unhygienic when I'm buying something to eat and rubbish is literally everywhere.McDonald's is always fairly consistent with food and service, so overall even my experience wasn't perfect I give you 5⭐ and you can work towards that score.

Food was cooked fresh which made a change to other McDonald's but the place could be cleaner.The tablets that are fitted for children to use DEFINITELY need a regular clean.I would not let my children use them in the state that they were in.

Food could be hotter and staff could be friendlier. Can't sit inside after 8pm cause all the tables are closed off. Filthy dirty with rubbish left lying around. If you like cold food this is the place to go. Avoid this McDonald's.

The service was very slow. There didn't seem to be enough staff staffing front of house or kitchens. My order was incorrect. I ordered the chicken Xmas deal and when I opened my meal it was a burger Xmas deal. The upstairs floor worker tried his hardest to keep the tables clear and clean but the overpowering number of school children just kept leaving their tables in a disgusting mess
