Mega Bite in Bath and North East Somerset

Horrendous! We received our order nearly 1 hour late and got it wrong. They didn't contact us to tell us that it was here and they also left some of our order out of it , for the price we paid we got near to no food and everything was soggy and greasy. 2x lots of jumbo sausage and chips came to £7 and we received about 10 chips each- also when we rang back we were called 'thick' for asking for a refund on a £30 order.

The food is disgusting as well as the staff over the phone. curry sauce is solid, pizza undercooked, hardly any chips on the box. The state of it is embarrassing. When calling the so called restaurant to complain the man called me thick. appalling. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Unfortunately they got the order wrong 2 nights in a row. It wasn't enjoyed but cost over £50. No chances left

Maybe I just don't like kebab. I'd been driving for 3hours picking on bits of junkfood & I being dark I'd be hungry enough to eat anything, but I'm afraid I felt like I was eating horse meat so I threw away at least half of it. However, my son didn't have any issues with it and ate it all up. It was probably fine - I haven't had a kebab in years

Oh wow I have not ever had a quality kebab like this before.. the meat is just super, nice fresh salad.. the owner takes pride which shows !

Great food. Lovely fresh salad and lean chicken cooked perfectly. Arrived swiftly and was hot on arrival. Will order again 👍

Absolutely avoid.Staff thought I was someone else and ushered me out the door. Only came to visit for the weekend and have never been there before. One of the staff yelled expletives at me and my girlfriend. Absolutely awful.Never going back. I would suggest everyone avoid.

Don’t get delivery, TAKEAWAY! I’ve ordered for delivery a from these guys a couple of times before and instead of a wrap was given a box of loose, lukewarm meat. So that’s why only 3 stars.HOWEVER!Tonight I decided to take one last punt on their food because I really wanted shawarma, so I decided to walk to the store and get it myself. Made my order and was told cash only so I walked to the nearby Morrison’s and got the cash. When I got back he couldn’t give exact change so gave me a pound off, saying he’d add it to my next order (which is fair enough), and immediately packed and handed me my food in a flash.And this time not one was it an actual WRAP, but it was hot, and tasted like all of my taste buds were climaxing simultaneously.Next time I’m just going to tell them to keep the change, it was that good.But yes, a word of caution - TAKEAWAY NOT DELIVERY!

Absolutely abysmal customer service - I've genuinely never experienced anything like it. I've ordered from here many times before, the only annoyance being that their delivery times could vary wildly from 30 minutes to 1 and a half hours.Ordered earlier tonight, waited 1 hour, then 2 hours. Nothing. Was pretty annoyed but I was giving them the benefit of the doubt as I'd had deliveries from them arrive 1 and a half hours late before. It was a Saturday night - I thought they were busy.So I call up the store after 2 hours and let them know that I hadn't received my order. They call me back shortly and insist that it had been delivered. I politely tell them again that I had not received anything. I can hear the delivery driver in the background of the phone call - who supposedly was claiming to the manager that they had properly delivered my food - saying that I'd ordered "over 2 hours ago" and it had been delivered in the usual 45 minutes. The manager then interrogates me as to why I waited so long to call them, and I reply by telling them I had waited almost this long before and didn't think much of it. He then gets audibly angry at me, claiming I had actually received my food and was just trying to scam them out of more. At this point I realised I wasn't going to get my food or a refund, so I give up and just let them end the call.I was polite throughout and kept telling them again and again that I did not in fact receive my order - but they weren't having it. A part of me wonders what the hell happened? Did they deliver it to the wrong house? Did they just give up and not make it at all? I have no idea. In any case I got scammed out of £20.Safe to say I won't be ordering from this place again. Shame, I really liked their food.

Completely and utterly rude people! Been a customer for years and used to find them fantastic until recently when they changed hands.I ordered from them a few weeks ago, the delivery guy couldn’t find my address and rather than tell me that, he was absolutely rude for no reason. I stood in the freezing cold waiting for him and when he did finally turn up, there was no apology. Instead, he huffed about the fact that he had to give £5 change.Tonight I went to reorder from them and they REFUSED to deliver to me because apparently I was rude last time and they tried to claim I kept swearing at them too!! I tried to explain it was the driver not me but they wouldn’t have any of it. My partner then tried on his phone and had the same response. He told them he had been a customer for 25+ years and we were even prepared to show our key worker badges. They still refused and were very rude. Absolutely disgraceful. Highly advise avoiding their company. The old owners would be ashamed to hear what has happened.
