Nando's - Bath in Bath and North East Somerset

Very poor service albeit waiting for 45 minutes on a table of 2 while the restaurant was not busy at all. At least we could have been informed about the wait, or a simple explanation/apology would do it. Instead, the waitress seemed very uninterested in serving us.

Mixed feelings about this, my first Nando's experience.Solid service, good sauce variety, well-cooked....but over-priced chickadee wings, long wait (25 min for a small takeout order) and really tame spice levels. I slathered several bites in the "extra-extra-hot" sauce, hoping for a fine face-melting but no, only tepid disappointment.Absolute highlight was their peri peri Vusa condiment: not that hot but has a killer vinegar tang. I'd buy a bottle.

Staff was friendly. Food was good quality. I enjoyed my time.

Took my daughter and her Friends for a birthday treat. On the phone I was told when we arrive mention it’s her birthday and they will sing to her blah blah blah! When we arrived we were seated and told to use a QR code to order at the table, very cold way of dealing with customers with kids. I then asked if someone could take our order at the table and explain the different food types but was told I need to order at the till as we don’t come to the table.I managed to find some kids crayons and scribbled our order on the back of a cheap tacky menu and went to the till as prompted.When the order came out the miserable girl didn’t even say hi and forgot my drink.I then went back to the till area and was told my drink was not on the list can I go back to my table and get the receipt 🤔 so I did and there was my drink on the receipt and that’s how the evening started and with no apology.Bunch of chopsy little kids running this establishment with no manners and zero customer service. Don’t waste your time with this place !! Oh and they didn’t sing happy birthday either

I and my friends went there on 10th March for dinner. Then, something happened in the kitchen causing smoke and fire alarm. The staff said we have to leave even though I haven’t finished half of my food. They asked us to write down emails saying they’re gonna send some vouchers to all customers. However, I haven’t been contacted by the restaurant so far. Bad experience.

The food was okay, felt overpriced for what you got. We were quickly seated, there were four of us, and our food didn't take long. I've been to Nandos a few times now, trying various options, and I still don't get the excitement surrounding it. The best meal I've had was a delivery oddly. The food is okay, but you can get better elsewhere.

Where was the manager? Just a bunch of kids doing nothing, extremely poor service from every single member of front of house!The only hard working staff where kitchen staff, you could see they were working really hard while front of house just messed about and played catch up. It was great to here all the gossip between your colleges and family and not sure if you got covid! Just a freaking joke!The food tasted good so well done kitchen, shame your front of house can't carry their end of the deal. If there was a manager in tonight then he needs to either get out the office or find a new job! Because he/she is not doing it!! First time I've ever been here and I won't return. I'll give another business who cares about there customers my money

Excellent staff good food and brillant service and straight to the point.

This Nandos is located on the 1st floor. We were sat down quickly by a staff member.The food was good and came out quickly. Found the sauces easily but the cutlery wasn't brought out with our food so had the go ask for some. Wasn't an issue though.As Nandos go this is a decent one.

Same price but seriously less chicken:Very disappointed with the skin and bone chickens they are serving up these days. I tried sticking my fork into a piece on the meal platter only to find it wouldn't go on the fork because under the Nandos grill chicken skin there was only bone.There has been stories of chicken shortages but these chickens haven't even grown sufficiently before being sent off to the slaughter for Nandos.I am going to steer of them for the foreseeable future.
