Had my birthday lunch here. The food was superb. All my guests loved their meals. Friendly efficient service and value for money.

As always, every time we come to Bath, Charm Thai is our go too. Best staff, best food. Cannot do enough to help you. So much choice on the menu, cooked to perfection. Forget your chain restaurants, these ladies, are the best!

Came across this place when visiting Bath for a few days. The staff were friendly and attentive, but the food itself lacked the usual zing and fragrance you would expect from Thai food. It was fairly priced, but without the vibrancy the cuisine should possess.

Food was okay, had a pad Thai and red curry both of which weren't exceptional but were fine. Asked several times for water which didn't come, on the third ask it arrived and was promptly spilled everywhere, soaking one of the group entirely. Accidents happen of course, but would have expected perhaps a free drink rather than the automatically added service charge at 12.5%

Truly a nice place to try out Authentic Thai Food in Bath. Service is good and food is delicious. Must Try if you are there.

Taste is OK but portion is too small. Paid £5.95 for Salt and pepper squid with only 4 tiny pieces. Not really worth it.

Atmosphere was great it’s a really lovely restaurant inside. Staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. Food was delicious, hot and fresh. Really appreciated that the menu had pictures of the food and detail for those not familiar with Thai food.

Taste buds blown away with the explosion of flavours. First night in bath - “Great start with Charm Thai”.

We were 5 X adult family members today when we went here for a meal. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. The service was great and so was the food... we will definately return.

Very mediocre Thai food. I went here after reading the reviews but was shocked to discover how below average the food was. We ordered the Tom Yum soup noodles (average), the pad kee mao (very salty) & a kid’s portion of rice and curry (we asked for this dish to be made spicy but it ended up being very bland). Also not sure why there’s no fan/cooler during summer. Service was decent but slightly slow. I do think this restaurant can improve and do better.
