We visited here while on holiday in Bath. Food was lovely and really nice location. Lovely large outside space. Reasonably priced. Service was ok. Worth a visit.

Me and my partner went to the pub on Saturday afternoon. I thought I put in the right registration number. for my partners car . We had drinks in the garden I payed cash. As it was a nice sunny afternoon. Today my partner had a fine come through for a hundred pounds. I rang the pub up. Said nothing they can do as I have not got proof I been there. So now I have to. Pay a fine for drinking in there garden. So will not be going there again

Stayed one night and really enjoyed it. The room was very good and the breakfast was lovely. It's only a 5 minute drive outside Bath in a beautiful setting next to the river Avon.

Food was Great EXcept the Roasters were Rank.Staff were Very Professional & the outside place for the kids were good except there were swings & a rocker taped out of use. Would try it again.

Had a large party there recently really impressed by the timings of the food the accuracy of the orders the staff the venue everything! All the food was all outstanding was very very impressed by the taste everyone loved what they had including me. The only reason for the 4/5 stars is because the plates are farrrrrr to small every time we went to get a part of our meals on our forks something else on the plate would fall off. In my case the rice ended up all over the table as did my girlfriends, the fish and chips didn’t have enough room to cut aside of the chips which also ended up being on the table. Don’t get me wrong the plates were very pretty and the food very well presented just couldn’t eat it without things falling off. (Maybe serve the salad or sides in a side bowl?) we definitely want to come back again as the food was that good just worried we’ll feel uncomfortable worrying it’ll be the same.

Friendly staff, beautiful location with a fabulous view, food was cooked beautifully, meat lovely and soft, lovely play area for children.down side - very small car park. Waited 15mins for a space, stingy on meat for price compared to other carverys - only 2 slices of meat on adult carvery, one slice on child carvery, my 5 year old wanted some cracking but was told no it's only if you chose pork which by this point was to late as already chose turkey. Also only 1 stuffing ball that's given to you, most places you can help yourself to stuffing.Abit more meat and maybe 2 stuffing instead of 1, and I would say its 5star quality.

NO on so many levels. Overpriced average meals, filthy tables outside, and my partner got whacked with a fine just for using their own car park. What kind of place is this? I'll give you the answer: a complete rip-off. They clearly DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS.

I visit this lovely pub regularly and I have never had a bad experience. The views are incredible, food is delicious and the staff are really friendly. They even remember my order. I am so pleased that the park has been developed because now I can bring my niece and nephew.I wouldn’t normally write reviews but having looked this evening, after witnessing the Sunday just passed, where the manager had to intervene because a customer was verbally abusing a young bar member for being asked again whether they drove to the pub, I felt that it was only right to share my positive experiences. Having visited the pub before the parking system and regularly after it had been introduced I have had no issues with a fine. I noticed the signs straight away and asked a young waitress, while on my way to the park area, what I needed to do.I love the the new over 25’s area too. Being a teacher and spending all of weekdays surrounded by children, I like the idea of there being an adult only area for me to enjoy a Sunday carvery. It looks beautiful.Thank you so much to Holly and the team who work so hard to provide a fantastic and fair service. Keep up the good work.
