Great value lunch menu, friendly and warm welcome. Loses a star as the beef massaman curry only had normal thin sliced beef, rather than fall apart slow cooked chunks that we normally get at other Thai restaurants. However, lovely soups, corn fritters and stir fry.

Perfect Thai experience for a brilliant price! The food was SO GOOD. The staff was warm and friendly. Very chill place, suitable for a big family dinner or for a lunch for two.

Decent price-quality ratio Southeast Asian food. Delicious but for Asian's standards the food could be much spicier.

For the price you're paying, this certainly deserves 5 stars. Generous servings, great ambience, polite servers and top-quality food.What I like the most specifically about this restaurant is that it has a simplified menu. You have a choice of stir fry, curry, etc. and then it just says "pick the type of meat". This allows you to effectively create your own dish. Although most thai places allow this, they do so in a way that feels burdensome, whilst here it's just normal.

Stopped here whilst visiting Bath. Lovely restaurant with exceptionally friendly staff. The food was delicious with plenty of gluten free options to choose from. Thank you all for a great meal.

Went for special offer early diner. Great value, attentive staff and really good food. House wine also of fine quality. Well worth a visit.

All food were delicious!Pad Thai was so great and not too sweet.I like the sweetcorn cakes, it tasted yummy.Green curry was ok, it was not to spicy for me though. Tom yum soup was okay , the flavour could be stronger. And the price is not expensive, like this Thai restaurant.

We arrived with no booking but were fortunately seated immediately. The menu was varied. We chose a set meal for one of us from the “early bird special” as it was what we were going to order anyway, plus other starters, soups and mains from the ordinary menu. The food was fantastic. Very freshly cooked and flavoursome. Service was very friendly and prompt. We eat Thai here and visit Thailand often and cannot recommend this place enough! We’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you so much for a lovely meal.

Salathai is a great place for Thai food, the dishes are excellent and there is a huge variety for Vegetarians as well as non Vegetarians.Service is also very fast and the staff are helpful and knowledgable with information on the various dishes they serve.If I visit Bath again I would book a table here again.
