Ordered a delivery through uber eats, it said 20 to 40 minutes for delivery after placing order this changed to 40 to 60 minuts ok can live with that but after 2hrs and 30 our food arrived, luke warm. We tried several times to ring but no answer left several messages and 22hrs later no reply to apologise or explain. This is little more than a shambles. They most obviously can not cope with the amount of business them ey have and should take a good look at themselves. Would have given a no star rating if I could have. Will not use again.Response from the owner a week agoOur sincere apologies to you Mike!We were extremely busy,but normally we can manage..But unfortunately that particular evening we were down by two drivers and two servers inside dining area.Our phone lines were temporarily switched off and we were only taking online orders,when we experience very high call volume we usually do this,as the kitchen just can’t cope.Unfortunately this was something beyond our control.Please come in some time and we will give you a full refund,plus offer you the same meal complimentary as a token gesture.Hope to see soon.Hi thanks for your response. Great food but we've stopped ordering takeaways now as they seem to only start cooking the food once you arrive to collect it, so expect to wait an additional 30-45 minutes!

Great service. Excellent food. My wife and daughter were both given a red rose when they left. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her birthday meal.

The best Indian in Keynsham. Always a treat to get from here, and whether we get a delivery or collection the takeaway is always hot and served by friendly staff. Nice variety of dishes that are all cooked wonderfully. I try to have something different each time as there are so many options, and have never been disappointed.

Unbelievable curry, by far the best we've had in Keynsham. We both got veggie dishes and they tasted amazing. Used a wide range of veg from butternut squash to peppers and baby corn which is a huge upgrade on the usual bag of frozen veg often found in other restaurants. Will definitely be returning!

We love this place! Have been coming since lockdown. The staff are wearing face masks and the hygiene is top class. This is my favourite place for a curry in Bristol right now. Come here you will not be disappointed!!
