We had an absolutely fantastic meal here, for my daughters graduation. Lovely relaxing atmosphere, with real wood fire. The staff were great as was the food. Can't fault it. Great menu and drinks. Oh and they sell Aspall cider, which is always a bonus. 👍🏼❤️😀

Great place to visit. Lovely building and great staff. Food was really good. Had a hard time choosing what to eat, it all sounded amazing.

We visited yesterday, 17 April 2022, Easter day & my daughters 21st birthday. We were a party of 8, one of which had serious food allergies. We were served by Beth and she was absolutely amazing. She took care of everything and made sure my mother could relax eating her meal, without the fear of an allergic reaction to her food, Beth really did go above & beyond and even served my mother's meal directly herself, adding further reassurance for my mother that she could relax. My daughter had a fantastic birthday meal, the food was delicious, thank you to a wonderful team; especially Beth.Kind regards Michelle.

Been going to the Globe for a few years now and the staff always make you feel right at home. In our case, especially Matthew and Sophie. Their fish and chips really hits the spot and I loved the house elderflower drink that is a new addition to the menu. I went there for the quiz night the other week and unfortunately they were very understaffed, I guess because many people were off with covid. I wish all of the team good health and to see them soon!!!

Visited at a lunchtime in quite a hurry before another appointment. The place was quite busy so we were a little worried but service was quite efficient. The food was good but perhaps I was unlucky in that, while tasty, my chicken club sandwich was rather skimpy for the price. Friendly staff. Good atmosphere.

Amazing 3 course meal, couldn't fault anything. Will definitely go back again and definitely recommend to anyone. Worth every penny, and a big thanks to the chef, kitchen staff and bar and waiting staff for making a fantastic evening meal.

We are a party of four although the car park was full we were shown to a nice table.Service by Charlie was good along with the food be was very helpful with choice of deserts. A pleasant experience at a fair price

Called into Globe (as we usually do when visiting nearby Bath) and had a cheeky drink. Ordered food and was delivered hot and quick. Bar staff friendly and very efficient. Great country style pub and bar assistant topped up open log fire, great given day outside. Food is good and reasonable but the settings are lovely, just the place for family meeting or to impress our overseas family who looked it. Gonna be back soon.

Lovely place, very sweet waitress and impressed by the food. The lunch menu portions were a lot smaller than the same on the main menu which was disappointing but my dessert from the main menu was amazing and blew me away! Rather Heston Blumenthal with an edible plant pot, chocolate soil and edible flower petals! Really impressed, especially for a chain pub. The toilets and washbasins were sparkling but the walls, wood panelling, skirting boards etc could do with a good clean!
