The Oven Pizzeria in Bath and North East Somerset

We walked past the crowded pizzeria and saw that the pizzas looked great. A look at the menu we spotted something that’s not quite typical of Italian pizza and hesitated going in and that was pineapple on pizza. Nevertheless we gave it a try. The pizzas we ordered as you can see from the pictures are really good! We had beer and finished both pizzas. Service was also quick and fantastic. We later learnt that the pineapple addition was to cater to tourists, requested by the Spanish owner.

This place has some delicious pizza. We ordered the Cotto ham, nduja, creamed walnuts, fig jam & basil pizza which won the pizza chef of the year award....it was so delicious and the flavour profile was surprisingly good, seemed more like a dessert pizza. We had 3 different pizza as well, they were all good. The crust was some of the best I have had. Any pizza you order here will be delightful, and can feed 2 people. Will come back again!

I know I should be reviewing the pizza ( which was amazing) but the profiteroles were out of this world!!! So much cream and the chocolate was just lush! Such a great place to sit and people watch too! Great service, great good!

Me and friend had a day out in Bath and after taking in the sites it was time for lunch...a late lunch! This place gets busy, so book your spot!We decided to have the panuozzo con carne to share and I was rather impressed with this pizza sandwich, which is the best way to describe it!It got my taste buds tingling and wanting more pizza dough goodness! :DSo as my main it was always going be a pizza...The mortadella was on point and along with the buffalo mozzarella and the pistacchio cream it was simply divine!I could of easily shared another pizza and we thought about it...but our now growing food babies were saying NO!Anyway, one of the best pizzas I've had here in the UK! Easy 5 stars!

Highly organised restaurant, good service and fab food. Only reason I can't give it max stars is music is too loud, everyone needs to shout, which means defeats the object of socialising, how don't restaurants understand this?? Won't be going back, real shame.

A place worth visiting!Very genuine flavours and a great bunch who gave a very warm welcome.Italian plazza kind of a vibe too!Wood oven pizzas were a delight and my favourite was the white based one with black truffle ( check the picture).I would definitely come back for some more as we loved the flavours and the range they offered!

Very nice cozy ambience. We went for a lunch and it was completely occupied. We ordered a pizza biance (white base pizza) and it was very good with small amount fig jam and basil leaves. We also ordered a brusehetta but that was not so good. The bread was cold and so was cheese.

We were visiting Bath for the day and we choose to have Lunch at The Oven.Staff were extremely kind, and they were definitely working their as* off. They were serving all tables constantly without any break between them, big thank you to the hard working staff.Food was extremely tasty, full of flavours and definitely as fresh as possible since they come out the oven seconds before they reach your table. Portions and Price were definitely reasonable too, you want leave hungry.Great service, Amazing Food.

Excellent authentic stone baked pizza. Booking recommended as always busy. Outdoor and indoor seating. Good selection of freshly baked pizzas with fresh ingredients.Service was very good. Quick, easy and ideal for lunch.Good location. Perfect all round lunch.

nice place but too loud music, nice waiters. ordered pizzas were cooked in a wood oven, but they were burnt and the mozzarella didn't look original. the expensive bill for having eaten three pizzas with two cocacola. I would say it's not worth it.
