Quite unassuming place from the outside, but really quaint on the inside. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Food and drink selection was very good. My burger was among the best I had in a long time and the onion rings were hands down the best I ever had. Thanks guys.

Charming little pub with a nice, varied menu and lovely ambience.Called in to grab some lunch whilst I waited for my car to have its MOT completed locally, and what a great decision it was. Food was excellent, with a decent portion size, and the staff were attentive and friendly. My soft drink tasted a little weak but I will give the benefit of the doubt and assume it was near the end of the pre-mix and not assume it was deliberately watered down.Be aware, this is a cashless venue so make sure you have a card on you to pay!

Cosy atmosphere and service is superb. We went a few times to grab something to drink after work but we also had a lovely Sunday roast. We had a small issue with one of the sides and promptly one of the waitresses took care of it and they were so honest to take it out of the bill. Highly recommended for food and drinks

Had a lovely sandwich and chips for lunch here. Dog friendly inside (might be to the right near the bar only). There are some matts the dogs can lay down on too.

Incredible service and incredible food, a hidden gem. Recommend the fish and chips best I’ve had in a long time

·

Great service and very attentive. The food was amazing especially the dessert we had which was the cheesecake, great value for money. Would recommend 👌🏼

Plenty to eat and my Thai red curry was delicious. Some in our party thought the chips were a shade over cooked. However we were well looked after.

Nice cozy ambience. Food was very good. We ordered apple and parsnip soup, fish and chips and turkey roast. Quantity was good and pricing is also decent.

Friendly staff, a great atmosphere and a good menu comprised of a sensible number of dishes. Thanks for a great lunch - the ham and eggs are always delicious.

Sunday roast meal was small portion, vegetables hadn't any taste. Cauliflowrt was too hot, other food was chilled. Table (outdoor) was not clean. We were too hungry and we had to eat. Disappointed a lot.
