Brilliant service (thanks Tim), I dropped in with no notice and had their full attention for a couple of hours including dismantling a display so I could hear a couple of different PA systems in an insulated room. No pressure to buy, just helpful advice.I don't mind paying a bit more than internet for good local service but as it happens, I also got the best deal I could find .👍

Excellent one-stop Music shop. Friendly knowledgeable staff, rehearsal space, large selection of Instruments. Best in the area until you get to Oasis in Ringwood.

Fantastic Service, thanks to Chris and Rufus sorted out a problem with an out of box failure on a Subwoofer, changed it with no quibbles. New one is perfect and I found out I have a 3 year warranty because I bought through them. Thanks

Bought a great guitar, with the advise and guidance from and excellent and knowledgeable member of staff. Also had my other guitar restrung and cleaned.... amazing servive from the guy. Helpful and friendly. Will definitely go back.

Superb musical instrument store. But not just musical instruments, mixing desks and everything you need including music manuscripts and books for all types of instruments. I thoroughly recommend this place to any one, whether a beginner or a maestro.

Excellent music shop. They got a bunch of left handed guitars too. They got a lot compared to other music shops. Great customer service!

Although there are obviously some talented people working here, their overall basic customer service is low. Could have been because it wasn't a weekend, but no one really around to ask questions with distant approach. Slow and basic till manner needing some work. Prices also not that competitive even considering they are operating online and have an adjoining warehouse.This place should have been a dream experience with the space and the kit available. I can be if it adjusts its emphasis to the customer.Still go, but go prepared.
