Alfies Fish and Chips in Bournemouth

I have food from Alfies numerous times, usually really good, today however very disappointed, food barely warm, fish batter soggy. 20 minutes late.

Tried the online app twice to order for our family but it wasn't working, so called to ask if there was another way we could order. The bloke my partner spoke to was rude down the phone and said just do it online. After she tried to explain that she has tried twice, he told her to stop calling because he was too busy to answer the phone. Disgusting customer service, won't be using this fish and chip shop again.

First time ordering so expected delicious food. Chips were not great and my children's chicken bites were very soggy. I have enjoyed many fish and chip shops in Bournemouth and Poole but was very disappointed. The manager was polite and tried to explain that his chips are blanched and cooked twice to make them sweet but on this occasion his chips were inedible. I did receive a full refund and staff were polite on the phone.
