Took 30 minutes sausage and chip's?? Good though

We went to this place because I saw the reviews. You can find traditional fish and chips and Chinese options. My husband ate fish and I ate Chinese. Both options were good, but for me, the Chinese food is better than the fish. The kids menu bring some toys, sweets and drink. Large protion of chips are really laaarge! Only take away, to pay by card, the orders must be more than 10£.

Great first order from here. The man specially made me chicken in black pepper sauce and it was yummy and so were the cheesy chips. Thank you! Only negative is - not enough cheese to cover the chips. Not even half of them were cheesy. I do hope the quality of the food is the same each time we order. I am so paranoid about getting uncooked or unfresh chicken from takeaways.

Won't take card for less than £10 in this day and age absolutely useless takeaway wouldn't bother going back

Sadly won't be coming again, given it 3 strikes as food was good at times, I really feel stick to fish and chips, not Chinese, I've just ordered ten chicken balls that were a slight pink, straw like consistency, my partner and I haven't eaten them, I discovered the condition of them as I was trying to pull the chicken out of the batter as the batter was revolting.The delivery lady was so rude, no hello, she knocked on the door had her back to me after I answered and said hello twice, she turned and almost shoved my takeaway at me and walked away, no goodbye! .Sadly a poor experience that has kind of set in stone my decision. I feel food is good if you go in and order or you order certain foods.

Best haddock I have eaten in a long time, but the chips were solidifed into a ball of undercooked potato, and pulled out a huge filling.... the most disgusting in ages, they were not crisp, but soggy and fatty... this is close to me, but I shall avoid the chips if I go again, as I like my chips crispier and separate and this was most definitely not so... but fish top class

Service is EXTREMELY friendly and the food is of great quality. Haddock was pristine - cooked to perfection with just enough batter.The Chips 🍟 a little bit too soft, hence the 4 stars. Other than that I have no complaints.Also it was nice to see that they have a fried Mars and snickers bar on offer. I will definitely return someday to give it a try.

Tried this last week and it was soooooo delicious. We had cod and chips and s & k pie and chips large battered sausage and a savoloy and all of it was fresh non greasy and tasty. Just about to order tonight's tea now.

A consistent quality of fish'n'chips each time we go there, AND one of the few places that does Saveloy sausages, which our daughter loves 🙂👍

Best chippy and best chinese in Cournemouth. Massive portions at great prices. The owner is a top bloke. Would hire him as my personal chef if I had the money.
