Where do we start! Elliott was amazing from the start to the end. Extremely professional, friendly and had great recommendations!! The food was insane. Gorgeous with good balanced flavours. Amazing ambience. Would 100% recommend. Wish they did a tasting menu

Had the most awesome lunch 😍 there yesterday with a friend. Outstanding in every conceivable way, the food, the service, the decor, even the toilet facilities get 5* 🤣🤣One of THE BEST RESTAURANTS I’ve visited since before the pandemic started. I’ll definitely be returning again very soon. ❤️

Everything is amazing, staff, the place, and the food. I had an unforgivable tomato chutney with baked camambere as a starter, and the cheesecake was f¥&@# delicious . The prices are very fair.

Lovely meal. Food was a good standard and well presented. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The restaurant itself is within the greenhouse hotel, so a typical hotel restaurant room, no view etc. unfortunately the location albeit near Bournemouth east cliff, it is on a back round, so could be anywhere really. Regarding pricing, it’s a little high for the location and creativity of the menu compared to others in the BCP area, so although I would recommend it to the locals, I wouldn’t rush back. Cocktail menu looked great, so maybe a boozy lunch on afternoon in the summer. 🍹

Have had a fantastic afternoon tea at the Arbor Restaurant today, the best way to celebrate a 60th birthday. Tasty sandwiches followed by delicious cakes & the lightest scones I've ever had (plain & choc chip) served with cream, strawberry jam & lemon curd. A wide selection of teas to choose from. Great service, hope to be back soon.

Lovely restaurant, we went for a afternoon tea and they were so accommodating for dietary requirements, let us stay as long as we wanted as we were chatting away! Staff checking up on us, asking if we needed anything but left us alone to our own devices as well. Price was good, and quality of the food was top notch, one of the best afternoon teas I have had

The food are fantastic! If you prefer a hearty meal, go for the beef cheek. Go for the fish of the day if you want something lighter. Also try the English sparkling wine and white wine if your food pairing allows. They are great and it's good to see the restaurant supporting local suppliers. It's a bit more expensive than your usual dinner but you get what you pay for and it's worth it.

Great experience and Exceptional ServiceWe had booked a table but the reservation had not gone through properly so the restaurant hadn't received it, which was disapointing however the Manager bent over backwards to help and allowed us to have a drink in the bar whilst he was waiting to see if other reservations arrived.Luckily enough we were able to get seated and had a fabulous 3 course meal that was truly worth the wait, exceptional service throughout and very attentive team! Great Old Fashioned too!

One of the best lunch Sunday Roast I've ever had.The slow roasted lamb shoulder accompanied with beef dripping potatoes, swede mash, turnips, cauliflower cheese and mint sauce.Very affordable and delicious for a 2 Michelin star restaurant at £21.
